It was a half serious comment. I kind of figured Jorge looked up to Ken as he was one of the guys who left a successful career on the table in Europe to chase the American SX/MX dream, so I understand he wouldn’t be doing that if anyone won the title. Just seemed kinda excessive, let the guy have his moment and soak it in.

It really doesn't matter if Prado is a fast Vince Friese (which doesn't even make sense, since if anything Cooper has been the one taking or attempting to take Jorge out...) - the material point is that he IS FAST, or at least fast enough... That's the bleedin problem.
I don't know why Cooper is trying to speak for the 'other 21 guys' either. What's the universal conclusion of the other 21 guys then, what unanimous conclusion have they arrived at: "From hence forth any rider named Jorge is to relinquish his current position, freely and in good spirit, when caught by a persuing rider" etc. It's a race.
Again short of cuting over on people in the air Jorge can ride a wider bike as he pleases. I had a problem with his German GP/ Herlings incident but I really haven't seen that this year, and aside from one complaint by Hunter at Rd 2 I'm not aware of that being the main accusation.
3time SX 450 champ who has ridden SX his entire career is frustrated and crying about a guy from spain he can’t pass that started riding SX last year and just finished his 1st full SX season … come on man you should be above that! 😂

I always liked Webb but frankly am tired of listening to his excuses.
No other rider uses his excuses.
Its always a rider was in his way, he had a bad start, just a few more laps etc.
Advice?
Practice your starts as this will always put you in the lead. You will not have to worry about passing people since you are out front. Then you can ride a wide bike like you always have.
Webb still doesnt have the raw speed as his top peers.

Chase, quit reading sm and go back to basics. You are on a very capable bike. No rider is entitled to be on the box. You have to earn it, put in the work. ( Roczen wins on a bike that still needs to be started by manual labor much like a model t)
Honest question that I know you won't respond to - when did Webb "boil over"? If you're talking about the subject matter of this thread I see one guy very animated and seemingly "boiling over" but it wasn't Webb. It looks like Webb just rode off calmly then sarcastically mocked him for being a dork in the post-race interview. He seemed more upset with himself than with the faster Vince Friese.

I kind of feel like this a compliment. Not sure that was as “spicy” of a take as Webb thought. Webb is just mad because he bought a jet and now can’t even hardly make the podium.

Deegan at times uses his bike as a battering ram and does the pistol salute after he wins.

Webb is pissed because not only is he not where he thought he would be but hes getting challenged by guys he honestly thinks are below him . Prados idea of hard racing is to cut back and forth on the faster rider trying to get around him. It clearly wasnt going to end friendly.
I legit thought Prado was going to get off his bike and blow the chrome off Kenny’s muffler. What an awkward moment.

Prado's first full season in AMA Supercross. Think! Zero prior experience - AMA rules made him jump right into the deep end and go straight into the 450 class because his is a two time MXGP champion. There is NOT another rider in the 450 class who didn't cut his teeth in the 250 regional series . . . Prado is already faster than Webb in the whoops. What did Cooper do his first full year in 450 SX? Prado is already winning heat races and getting podiums.

I'm a Deegan fan but no joke I actually stopped watching the Deegan’s YouTube videos because I was starting to think his whole circle was arrogant and cringe. There is too much gaslighting on the fans and writing “their own narrative”.
Haiden is doing the UFC style celebrations , such as Izzy’s “bow n arrow” celebration. And he’s doing it to riders he says “aren’t even close to my level”. Like you quoted Lombardi… when you win, rub it in by acting like it’s no big deal! Act like you’ve been there before. That is absolutely how a champion acts. I love the intensity Deegan brings but he isn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. When he was battling Cole this weekend , it was all for PRIDE AND EGO….. I was screaming at my TV “noooooo…. Don’t fall 2 weeks before your Pro Motocross 450 debut” and then he falls exactly like he did against Shimoda when he broke his collerbone. It’s a reoccurring injury too so I’m glad he’s okay. I feel like his new mechanic will tell him things Duffe won’t. Brent Duffe is retiring from motorcycle mechanic after this season.
Prado has been training at supercross since he was 14 years old under the watchful eye of Red Bull KTM. He raced 450 supercross in 2024, and 2025, and now in 2026. This isn't just some guy that stepped off the boat and was handed his first set of SX suspension in January. His talent is undeniable but his emotions seem to be a limiting factor that I don't see changing. He kinda freaks out when there are other motorcycles around him.
Well, you sound like you have some inside info - please define training? I hear all the. fast 450 guys say training isn't racing and until the gate drops you have no idea
How many AMA 450 SX gate drops does Prado have under his belt?
