Past few on track mistakes he had were followed immediately by other mistakes, frantic like. Both contenders must know next year Jett will be back, with Deegan as well, and Davies soon to follow. Starting next year winning will get more difficult, both Hunter and Kenny must realize this year might be a last chance.

This sounds vaguely familar,

Hunter is more likely to get dirty with Ken than the other way around, IMO

Maybe. Roczen has ran it pretty hard on Hunter a couple of times.

Both of them have had the presence to sense it coming and move enough to limit the consequences- not fall. I don’t think either will go a direct takeout but maybe would fall due to defending a block pass.

They’ve raced each other hard but fair all season. Neither rider is getting upset by a little rubbing and I can’t see either going for the take out.

Idk man. Hunter cleaned Jo’s clock at Pala for a points position. I think it’s more likely one way vs the other

Yep, was thinking similar. Hunter knows this is his one shot with his brother out, remember his roughing Jo up even though it wasn’t really needed. Now with the points on the line…

Not saying Hunter wouldn’t run it in hard on Roczen, or vice versa, just don’t expect anything dirty.

I’m good with hard racing I just don’t want to see any desperation take outs like dipshit RJ last year. Hope you’re right though some good hard racing is totally fine and actually preferred

I foresee Hunter doing something desperate.

Sadly I agree, and I can see Webb doing something desperate too….

Although, I was there San Diego when Ken ran it in on Webb, 2018. And did his other arm. That was silly. There was beef. Not a title on the line haha.

So I say Ken has the potential as well.

Ontop of that, does Tomac come back for Denver? Or salt lake? Anything? There’s(IMO) 5 guys that can land on the podium right now.. Ken just needs space between him & hunter, with Hunter behind him…

Gunna be good last 2 rounds!

In perspective, Hunter is racing for a championship that this may be his last chance but still has a long career to go. KR is racing for a championship that will be his last chance in his career. They both have motivation but KR's motivation is much more elevated. As much of a KR fan that I am, his career is long in the tooth. Which is why I really want him to get it done this season!

Hypothetically Hunter has to beat him twice in a row if Kenny finishes well.

Roczen's racecraft is better than Jo's and he would see it coming - Seattle notwithstanding. But yeah it's more likely from Hunter than Roczen to go for the super-aggressive move for the championship, but Roczen is much more likely to defend or see it coming than Jo was/is.

Neither rider can afford a lapped rider costing them points...

You think someone wont saw a front wheel off for their only 450SX title and over a million dollars? Come on. Let's go Kenny!

Yep I wanted to believe but I just didn’t think Roczen could do it. Even today after the heat race I thought Hunter was going to run away with it.

One nearly identical dry race completed, and KR94 is champ.

Gotta give props for this one.  Great call.

I was very happy to see this happen and would never have guessed prior to the season.

After all these years of injuries and sickness, on an old kick-start unit competing in arguably a deep field of past and current champions, the cream rised to the top.

I was rooting for Ken, I also like Hunter but my heart was with the Suzuki and Ken

I really thought Hunter had Ken covered and I'm fucking stoked that I was wrong.

Congratulations to Ken, his family, Larry and the team. This is a dream come true and will be one that will be talked about for years to come.

Haha! Well done, my friend. When the season started, I said Hunter wasn't a title threat and an mx specialist
