I thought that’s what he was doing. Text thread to my friend during the race. I guess Tomac didn’t get the memo.

Yeah, the age talk is getting boring and weird. Like he wasn't dominating 5 weeks ago lol.

31-32 is literally prime time for a male endurance athlete with a lifetime of work under their belt.

Some people don't understand that guys like RV, RD, RC retired because they were mentally burned out, not physically. We heard that multiple times from them in interviews. And yet someone has to bring up the age thing again, like Eli didn't look like the complete package in the first half of the season. 😅

Guess I’m watching the replay next week. 5 a.m. start time is too early for me.

How is Kenny doing it then?

Davies obviously had nothing for Deegan overall, but I’m wondering if he didn’t roll over on the pass so he wouldn’t get torpedoed?

Also what age does reaction time start to decrease?

Gambling is why major league sports require transparency of the players condition. No one in their right mind would place bets on sx/mx.

For a professional athlete? Not 31/32, that’s for sure.

Absolutely false, transparency is required by CBA to protect players

and just like that, Eli got 'old' between practice in Birmingham and the main event. Suppose going to the LCQ can do that to someone. But do you get young and remember how to ride again by next week??? He looked worse this week than last week actually...Webb took him and JCoop was gone.

Cooper Webb isn't out of this either, 25 points isn't much when everyone is going up and down and there are guys like Savatgy, Malcolm, Justin Cooper, Prado,... who can put themselves between you and your competitors.

How many times has he straight up beat the 3 guys in front of him? He's had 1 podium in last 5 rounds. Not even webb thinks he's still in this. His battle is to hold onto 4th at this point.

Those guys are putting themselves between Webb and Hunter/Roczen in the opposite way of what Webb needs

Not taking away from Kenny or Eli, but I still think Hunter has this title because out of the three, Hunter is the most consistent. Almost Dungey-esque.  Something is off with Eli, and right now Roczen is on fire, but how long can Kenny maintain it?  He has a history of being untouchable and then inexplicably dropping off.

No doubt. I'm interested in seeing how Kenny will do from here on out.  I don't think anyone would be let down if he wins the title.
