Parts?

This would be awesome! Put cameras all over so it could be live-streamed.  But the government would be involved so it would end up costing as much or more than throwing them in jail. A box of .22 shells is a much cheaper solution for career criminals.

Russia needs money, we need a place to put criminals that is economical. Export criminals from this country to Russia and pay Russia half what it costs us to incarcerate them here to put them in Siberian Ghulags. It's a win/win for everyone.

Big props to what ever law enforcement officers actually arrested and charged them.  Its almost a guarantee the people responsible for stealing bikes never get caught.  Usually the police just take an incident report down and thats all you ever get from them.  Unfortunately the people stealing them are pretty good at it and that bikes untraceable about 2 hours after it leaves your house

Everyone was suggesting historic punishments, and I wanted to jump on the bandwagon, so I dug deep and remembered Australia was a penal colony for about a century.

If I wanted to take a dig at Australia I'd bring up bicycle helmet laws.
