It has to be up there with the worst looking factory bikes I’ve seen. One constant with HRC through the years is that the bikes have looked classy and subtle. This has the class and subtlety of a nuclear explosion.
It’s a shame too because the Fox, Bell, Monster combo for the riders is a great look

Petronas involvement isn't the problem, that's great. The massive Honda logo and far too many colours with cramped side panels are what nuke it...

I agree. It looks a bit busy which isn't too far off from the TLD bikes or even Progressive, but a bit less logos and take the Honda logo down a tick, and it would look sweet. Blue on the Honda bikes has looked good, ever since they started it in 1983, they are due to bring some blue back.
It's like they rode it flat-out through a sticker shop and just left everything on it that stuck.

Maybe turn the darker blue to the same light blue color on the front logos? Blue makes everything better.
I like it. To me, MXGP bikes are supposed to be exotic and different looking. This looks very euro to me.
Petronas is a big get especially if Petronas moves across with the rally team.
Interesting considering the Trials team is still with Repsol and the MotoGP side has Castrol/BP. Oil companies for everyone!
Livery is sure fugly. It looks good on the Rally bike, not so much here. Just seems so odd when Honda has almost always been the traditional classy/understated graphics to this loud in your face design.
