Curious to broadly see how many forum members are still ripping today. There’s a wide band of age and experience on here and everyone is at different points in their lives. Are you able to still get out or have you hung up the boots for one reason or another?

My goal for 26' is twice a week.
I voted monthly cause life and weather keeps me from every week. I’d say twice a month on average. Sometimes I can ride weekly but we get a fair amount of rain in the Houston area and tracks see their share of rainouts.
I will admit as I’ve gotten older I’m more of a fair weather rider. In the summer with our humidity I try and stay home when temps get 95/98 ish and above. 100 degree day in southeast Texas with our humidity can be rough. Same for cold weather. We don’t get to much cold weather in the Houston area but we have the last week or so. I typically don’t ride in the 30’s. I grew up in Oklahoma and it got pretty cold but I’ve been on the Texas coast to many years, can’t take the cold like I used too.
Once/week but in WI so only May-October most years
I haven't ridden in many years. My son has zero interest in dirt bikes, so I spend my time with him and my wife while he is still living with us. I like to think i might get back into it after he moves out and is on his own.

I voted ”been there done that“. At 68 years old I don’t think the body could take it anymore. Haven’t ridden in around 15 years but still follow the sport pretty closely. I get the urge to ride every once in awhile but realize it’s too much trouble for the benefit. 🤷🏼♂️
I turned 67 this month. I rode a few days in the desert last weekend and cruise around on the dual sports once in awhile, so I voted once in awhile.
*I rode my emtb 14 times in January, 115.4 miles of single track, + 14,474' feet of climbing. Does that count ? Probably not lol.
Need to add twice a month option. 😆
I try to get out twice a month. I absolutley hate the cold/winter here in OH. Even indoors is ehh for me. Last year I only rode 5 times. Life gets busy with two little ones running around
Blood thinners for life here, I’m retired 😂
Non winter March - November, 3 times a week, probably around 15 hours a week off road trails in the Allegheny mountains, some forest road dual sporting as well. Winter we head south for a bit and mountain bike.
Winter definitely puts a halt on things. I moved from CO back to the midwest last year so that cut into offseason ride time for sure. Been a pretty mild winter in my area for the most part so we’ve ridden far more than usual.
Minimum 2 times a week, 1 public track day and 1 day at a private spot to do drills and ride a woods loop. I try to ride on weekdays so the tracks are not super crowded, as I get older, 58 now, I don’t like being on public tracks that are super busy on the weekends….some days I feel like I”m getting too old to be on the Mx tracks…..other days I don’t give a shit… I would ride more but my body cant take the pounding like it used to….I Mtn. & road bicycle on my off days, very rare I don’t do something everyday….I find the aches & pains just get worse from doing nothing…Wait…is this an old guy thread? Get off my lawn…pricks….
My goal for 2025 was to get over 100 hours, Fortunately, I crushed that and I got 148 hours in for the year! I have the same goal for 26. Just wanna make sure I get triple digits anything over that and I’m happy.
Average probably twice a month. Depends on time of year and what I'm getting ready for.
Pro tip: Get an adventure bike and ride to work / explore - the cf moto ibex 450 doesn't cost much and gives you time in the saddle
Used to be twice a month, but I’m training for a marathon so I’ve slowed way down.
Spring-summer-fall is 2-3 times a week and 1 or 2 times in winter most years but this winter has fucked that all up with snow and cold. I haven't rode in a month and its starting to make a little more crazy than usual lol
Spring/summer. 1x week. Fall - hunting, fishing, camping 1x month. Winter - snowmobile 6x month.

I’m hoping that when the cancer detecting blood test is available to me that the results allow me to go off blood thinners. Inflammation from cancer caused my PE blood clots.
Dave I invite you to ride Moab with us in 2027. Plan on it.
69 years old I still ride at least once a week sometimes more if I can find someone to ride with.
Warm up and two minimum 30 min motos.
I just got a new 450 so my goal is twice a week. I work on call 24/7 so a lot depends on work too.
Usually once a week sometimes 2, but have only ridden once in the last 2 months due to muddy conditions/weather.
i’m 52, retired Army after 33years of service, if i don’t ride my PTSD goes into overdrive and i can’t stand to be around myself… so i try to ride every weekend!
Twice a month if I'm lucky with work, weather, plans with the wife, and all that has to line up with a track being open/prepped. Haven't ridden since before Thanksgiving due to weather, been too busy/cold even lately to hit up an indoor track.
Late April - mid Nov pretty much every other weekend at the camper which is usually 2 days of riding - weather and trail maintenance dependent. I logged 28 seat days in 2025. I can live with that. All woods riding. Does that count? I'm 62.
Sometimes weekly, sometimes monthly on my motocross bike.
Usually weekly on my MTB.
Just turned 64. Photo in my bio was about a month ago.
Always fun to read that guy are still riding in their sixties. I’m 34 and love riding a lot I hope I keep the love and the health for that long.
During the warm enough months (march to october), I ride 2-3 times a weeks. I don’t know how guys that live where it is riding season year round can do it. It gets overwhelming at times with the full time job, maintenance, traveling to the races, taking care of the houses, etc. I’m usually happy to stay at home for the first 2-3 week-ends when the cold comes around and the season ends. My bikes are usually due for a big tune-up at that time anyway. Obviously, after a month I’m chomping at the bit to ride again and feel a little anxious about the next 3-4 months ahead.
I'm originally from upstate NY, long, harsh winters. Some years we would ride the ice and or trail ride with studded tires….but for the most part you give your body a break for 3-4 months…. I really feel that break is good for your body to rest & rebuild. Since retiring I have been wintering in Florida …riding all year long….I feel it has accelerated the wear on my body….much as I love to ride, the rest during winters likely extends riding longevity IMO…. BTW….record cold down in south Florida today….no riding for me today 😜
About 25 hours a year, 80% of which is motocross racing.
