I'd say the even bigger difficulty will be pure performance. Still to this day, i'm not convinced that Deegans drops into the 450 class in SX and is able to consistently fight with the best 450 riders. This is his 4th year in regional SX and he has yet been able to dominate the class like he has done outdoors.
I see no evidence that it's a given that Haiden Deegan will be able to consistently beat guys like Sexton and Tomac in a 17 round SX series. I'm not even going to bring Jett into the discussion.
Outdoors is a different story.
