I’m not a fan of Jake Paul on social media, but the dude is a multi millionaire, making a living off social media and never had to work a normal job in his life.. 

he has a ton of material things that people could only dream about owning, and as we are older and realise material things are just that, anyone that can’t have or afford things like a decent car or nice house would always lust after these things.
