Mo was on it in the Asian class.  He just couldn't keep it on two wheels.  They need to send him to Club.

I watched a short clip of people racing the jankiest bikes in asia (india, thailand, vietnam I have no idea) the other day on facebook and they were actually pretty damn good. I’m sure if they can get some kind of support going, we will eventually start hearing some names! Good to see another part of the world realize how awesome supercross and dirt bike in general are.

India, Asia etc, kinda like the racing in Brazil.  In Brazil can’t afford a Jap or Austrian bike.  They race MX on air cooled Honda CRF250F’s, which are made in Brazil, can be bought for cheap.  They mod the heck out of those air cooled Honda’s and some are pretty dang fast.  In Brazil the Honda CRF250F is so popular it’s called the National.  They have some crazy after market big bore kits and suspension in Brazil for Honda 250F’s.  I built a Honda CRF250R for a trail bike/pit bike with Brazilian parts including Tuscany suspension, it’s fun.

Those guys in India, Asia, Brazil wherever are doing the best the can with what the have.  It’s still racing and some are pretty dang fast.

With all due respect, that's not entirely accurate, not even close actually! I'm not sure if it's just the way you worded it, so if that's the case or if I misunderstood then apologies up front.

In almost every country you're thinking of like Brazil (along with almost every other Central and South American country) and India (Asia is a continent obviously, but even 3rd world countries there like Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore and many more) they do indeed have that chaotic "local" class on some clapped out (yet fast lol) 2strokes and often times these insane Moped looking creations, but they also most definitely have plenty of current model Japanese and Austrian SX/MX race bikes. Most of them also have a shockingly huge national race series with full on factory teams and in many cases, riders who race for a living and are fast as hell! Fast enough to be a mid pack privateer here, and as we've seen many examples of over the years, fast enough to land a good paying ride over here even!

Again, apologies if I'm reading your post wrong. Obviously like almost every 3rd world country there basically is no "middle class"; so the guys who can't afford it race those crazy contraptions mentioned, but the rich guys (and there's plenty of them!) who choose to, race what we race and wear what we wear, etc  You'd be surprised how prevalent it is in many countries where you'd swear it wouldn't (or couldn't) be.

Oddly I’d rather watch this instead of WSX.

Wow. Good for them. It looks like there’s been a ton of effort put in compared to last season, and they are being rewarded for it. Can’t wait to see how that grows.

Looks like a good bit of effort period. They smoked WSX in terms of ease of finding the broadcast. It was live on YouTube 👍

It's already grown a lot from last year. Hopefully it continues to see the same rise next year and they add more rounds. If it continues, better riders will want to participate.

With a billion population, it has a lot of potential.

Round 1 was also live, but not the second round. They're doing something right to have seen this amount of growth in a short amount of time.

Obviously we all think about winning races and becoming champion in AMA or the GPs, but it's so cool that there are opportunities for guys to do WSX, AUSX, and the Indian league and get to travel and see all kinds of places while making a living racing dirt bikes.

It'll be weird to hear a podium interview where the rider gives a shoutout to Brahma the Creator God and Extreme Masala Chai energy drink.

Buddhism got pushed out of India a long time ago, it's mostly Hindu.

Hindus, Muslims, Christians, and Sikhs each make up a larger proportion of the population than Buddhists, but Vital is not exactly a hub of worldly knowledge.

Gee, I don't know, there seems to be some really good financial advice on here once in awhile.

Hinduism is really complex. It's actually polytheistic, and my understanding is that more of a collection of smaller religions that kind of mesh together, so it'd depend on where in India the person is from.

Is it bad that I can understand the ISRL announcer better than Leigh Diffey?
