Rob Herring. There’s a man who should’ve been a world champion.

Paul Malin for announcer, not for colour commentating though, he needs assistance for that.

Paul Malin does a great job, I just think it needs to be a two man team. You need someone to banter off of.

No, that’s the other, far less successful British Rob.

Art and Bailey. I liked that Bailey would give his real opinion. Sometimes wrong. But he wasn't scared. Art is just. Yeah The goat.

Did anyone else grow up listening to I think it was weigant do a verbal broadcast of the supercross's before we could watch them on tv or apps.

I used to boot the dial up up and every race seemed like there was a battle to the end. Mean while there was nothing going on. I didni't know that at the time. was very exciting. There was another site that you would have to read live texts on their website. Much like racerx does. But they were the only to live forms

Malin and Bailey, I’d love to hear them call MXdN together.

I prefer the sound of the bikes & crowd over a human talking.

Been watching since the 70s. Honestly, I like the  Weege/Stew combo the best. Others like Eckman/Bailey have been great, just not as informative AND entertaining to me.

I miss the old Unadilla.... grass, downhill start, less man made obstacles and more of just a flowy track.

Art and David Bailey are classic and really nailed it.

Weege and Stew are a current 10/10 for me

Another vote for Weege and Stew, it’s very rare for a commentator to make you laugh and be very knowledgeable, I laugh at something Bubbs says every race he calls

Yup, everyone pales in comparison to Larry Huffman, hall of famer 2008.

RIP my friend.

Rob Is such a good dude.  We have both entered the film industry doing similar things.  He is in the UK and I am over here in the States.  We both have camera vehicles used in feature blockbuster films.  I was honored to have him ride one of my bikes in Morocco a couple years ago on the latest “Indiana Jones” movie.

He is an absolute MX legend and has translated that into feature films / streaming / Tv.  Such a cool guy and a pleasure to be around.  An absolute legend.

I couldn’t believe I was working alongside such a MX icon and fellow stuntman

Weege and Paul Malin together would be up there with anyone.

Man I was watching 2009 Glen Helen the other day with Weege on it. How long has he been announcing the outdoors?

I have to also add we have it really good with Weege and Stew.  RC and Diffey need to go elsewhere and those two in the booth always

Humble guy as well. Not my story but a story I was told about Rob. I got chatting to our track neighbour & the guy mentioned he was a stuntman. We was talking about the industry & he said he’d worked with Rob many times. Rob told him he’d “done a bit of MX in the past”. Anyway this guy was scrolling through YouTube & came across videos of Rob racing British, World & MXdN’s. He couldn’t believe it.

Honestly it's hard to argue against Malin in my opinion but I'm also only judging from like 2000 onwards. I also really like Weege and Stew or Weege and Langston, but Malin for me is probably the best overall. He just calls the race and when he gives information about riders (he knows everything about every single rider in the field) he delivers it in a couple seconds. He is also a comedic genius. 😂

You all missed the point. Watch the race. Bikes, and crowd sound destroys humans talking.
