At least you’re a Tomac fan over that other little dweeb who Yamaha chose over him.
Caught this move on the broadcast and I made my wife come into the room just to watch it back..lol. This is a better angle though. Just poetry in motion.

We were in the woods section and saw him doing this, but not from this angle. Unbelievable -- no one else was doing this that I saw. Someone mentioned that Jett doesn't beat you by a second or two a segment, but he beats you by doing these Jett things all over the track where he's picking up .1-.2 second per "Jett thing." That's how he puts 2-3 seconds per lap on the field when he needs to. I've seen Jett ride in person a number of times since his U.S. debut, but he's on another level now. Everyone in our group of 60+ motoheads agreed we've never seen anything like this.
I often browse instagram comments on moto media and I’ve seen you comment regarding Jett at least a dozen times. If anything, I think Jett lives rent free in your head.

Jett's only weakness is an injury, he is healthy in any championship, he gets the title, without any chance for the opponents
Jett was the first one I seen turning this braking bump into a jump face. Eventually Eli and maybe others were doing it.
Riding over his head? Yeah, no.

Im one of the biggest Jett fans out there and his only ”weakness” is his some-what nonchalant late motos sometimes.
In his rookie seasons he let Sexton close up in the last laps almost passing him and we all remember MXdN last year when he let off the last lap and Gajser passed him before Jett realized what happened.
Had he just kept his regular pace the last lap that would never have happened.
I’m not on the win by 40 seconds train that JS and RC are, but a 10 seconds gap make you a lot less vulnerable if you stall the bike, tip over or tangle with a lapper.
Other than that, he’s pretty much untouchable in the long run since he has proven before that he can give up a moto or two once in a while and settle for second place to not risk it. And if your bad days give you a second or third place and you win 99% of the times, nobody will beat you for a title.
Anybody know what happened to Jett in the beginning minutes in the last moto? I know he had a few moments, but he had to have gone down for that one, he was way too far back , and pretty amazing to come back to 3rd with the best of the best.
Nope definitely don't know that clown. Dude's taking this way too serious as if I wished harm to Jett. I did no such thing. Just merely pointing out how much Jett rides that incredibly thin line between "in control" and what physics won't allow. You guys take my criticism right to negative. The main negative thing I have against Jett is people like JT constantly throating Jett every chance he gets. As if the things he does are the first time its ever been done. Its not, he's just doing it better in this era.
PS: Just saw another video of him almost high-siding off the top of the hip jump in the back section....thus solidifying my comment.
Yup. Eli, while not quite as consistent as he was in his prime, is still crazy fast when he's on one. Sexton is also insane - the fact that he's now had a couple outdoor races where he straight-up beat Jett proves that he's at the peak of the sport in terms of speed. Nobody was touching Jett this past weekend. I'd say that coming 2nd in a championship with Jett in it is about as good as a win would've been from 2007-2022 (I hold Carmichael in the same regard).
His only weakness is the fact that he's so good, everyone else is trying harder than ever before to squeeze out as much of their potential as possible, so his dominance is therefore making his competitors better 😂. The guy is the best I've ever seen in terms of peak performance. The only thing that can hold him back is injuries.
That's why I started calling him the road runner. And everyone else is a Wylie coyote. They catch up to him he says meep meep and jetts away.
Hit another rider in the corner above the uphill triple that used to be Godzilla, and went down.
A Jetti if you will.
You’re a prime example of why it’s uncool to judge a rider by their fans. Eli is cool and you’re a weirdo.
I was lucky enough to be stationed there all weekend working with Alpinestars and I must say (even as a big Tomac fan) I loved watching it. Would I have loved to have seen ET beat Jett? Of course! But I also know how to enjoy things like this in moto when they happen. Jett was literally landing in the exact same spot lap after lap after lap. It was impressive to get a first hand view of it. Also watching Maxime Renaux & Tim Gasjer launch into that tiny pocket before that face was awesome too. Even Kailub Russel was standing beside me shaking his head saying “that’s just gnarly”.
