Kind of makes you wonder if we’ll ever see him race Nations now.

Yeah, you have to wonder with him moving up to 450 next year, if he isn’t one of the top two 450 guys at the end of the year, do you think he’ll put his hand up to step down and race a 250 overseas? I know my answer…

I wouldn't spend one penny whatching this race now. I have no interest in watching the Lawrence brothers cry over who wins.

I dont think the intent was ever there , douche boy is a media whore , he just wanted (needed) to stay in the limelight as long as possible.

team USA has a very solid team , i doubt theyll beat AUS but a second is no shame

How ironic this is...this guy whines and cries about how he's not even going to watch the mxon now.

While at the same time , calling the Lawrences out for crying when they're doing zero crying.

It's disappointing if true. I was looking forward to watching him race. He's an animal on a motocross track and he would have given his all. That Haiden didn't want to give up his spot and wanted to try says a lot to me. I believe he is probably disappointed that he can't ride. The last few weeks have been a cluster. Starting with the petty cheap shot by Levi all the way to the point that Haiden injured himself. I didn't like the way Haiden raced Jo but "the sport" has never had any interest in policing overly aggressive riding. Whether it be Haiden, Levi or any incident in the last 50 years with maybe the exception of black flagging Reed the one time. So if we are going to get Justin in his place I will cheer for him just like I would have cheered for Haiden because he is on team USA! Me and three of my closest buds are heading down Thursday with my 5th wheel. The weather looks like it is going to be unbelievable and we are owed that after the two at Red Bud and 87 at Unadilla. This will be my first time at the MXdN in nice weather. Go Team USA!!!!!!!

Even my wife felt like she could ride a week after she got her collarbone plated.  He’s not being tough.  It feels good that fast. Racing 2 weeks is VERY possible BUT all it takes is one person taking you out and he’s back to surgery.  I’d bet there are several that would take a few shot at him over the weekend.  It’s best for all of us (including Deegan) if Cooper races and Deegs stays home.

Did Jett not ball his eyes out when he beat hunter? I don't need to see that again.

Damn, the more I read, the more I see people with better collarbone experiences then me. I believe you guys, it’s just hard to believe though because I broke mine in 5  pieces last year and it was like a month after surgery that I could finally walk around normal and do things 😂

And now a dose of reality. If Deegan was healthy, he is first 250 in both motos. Those of you who hate him will disagree, but that's what would have happened. Without him, Coop goes 4th to 6th each moto and we are probably done.

It doesn't really matter, because Jett and his bro are going to be all Australia needs with one marginal finish in 250's.

THIS!!!!

This right here is what team Deegs needs to get through their thick skulls!!!!

Im am SO SICK of hearing them talk about the "haters"!  Grow up!!!

No one hates you Deegs, we are just routinely disappointed in your behavior and attitude.  This attitude and sense of entitlement you carry cost all us fans a chance to see you DO YOUR THING.

That's right, we would have loved to see you:

a. not take out Jo

b. not get hurt

c. spank everyone at the des nations!!!

Instead, you acted like a brat, blamed everyone but yourself and then robbed yourself and us fans of a great race.

Figure it out man...

I have lost track of how they score the event other than they throw out one finish. I think Justin will be good for at least one good start and he has proven that he can stay up front when he gets a start. I think RJ is our biggest question mark, but he might just surprise us. Go team USA!!!!!!!!!

Can all the guys on here that sold their tickets and rescinded their support get back on the bandwagon now? Or should we keep them off

No, they should be punished for their behavior, just like they wanted for Deegan.

As a hater of cheaters I’m glad this is the outcome. It was also plain stupid to still allow him to race and those saying Jcoop is some sort of B option is typical of the bed bugs and their lack of any actual understanding of the calibre of riders out there. After ducking the nations for 2 years he now has to sit on the sidelines at the race he pretends to give a shit about and it’s in his home country. The only real frustration will be the missed marketing opportunity of waving the flag till Shorttybrains and co foam out the mouth and order more Mulisha merch. Deegan would wave the flag of Papua New Guinea if the money was right. Go team USA!!

Same, I also wanted to see him against the 250s as well. At this point, i don’t think we will ever see him at mxon, here or in europe, which is an absolutely shame.

Even if J Coop doesnt have the raw speed of Deegan, he can very easily win the MX2 class again or get a really good result.  Its the Lawrence brothers in the other 2 classes that is going to be the biggest challenge.  But to be honest, Eli was the only guy to actually mix it up with the Lawrences consistently this year and Hampshire looked good all summer long on the 450.  I like our chances

I think many of us knew Deegan wouldn't be 100%.  So wanting JCoop wasn't being anti Deegan, it was being pro Team USA!

I agree, I hope everyone on team usa does as good as they can, yes does it suck that haiden isn’t going to be there, of course, but i’m just excited to see what’s going to happen.

About raw speed, and just raw speed for a lap, not race pace : Justin is one of the fastest 250 racer of the last 10 years. His pole in practice were freaking impressive on a 250. Race pace not as much, but a fast lap...

I think Jcoop will be ok. He's been riding the 450 really well and I think that'll transfer over to the 250 pretty well. He should be able to man handle that thing. I also think he'll go into it with a little chip on his shoulder.

When a company mismanages its operations and finances to a point it can no longer pay debts as they come due or even pay its employees and has to ask a court for a timeout to keep the creditors and unions at bay while they come up with a plan that involves only paying 30% of the debt, and the survival of the company hinges on the recommendation of a plan administrator and ultimate acceptance by the creditors and the court, that is "bankruptcy" to most of the world.

No absolutely not, that's insolvency status in Europe and where KTM is based. It's very different and should not be mixed up. Share holders remain in control and cap table is not wiped out automatically. Same as chapter 11.

Chapter 7 I USA is a true bankruptcy where you are unable to carry the business and outcome for turnaround is none existent from creditors.

In Europe that is simply bancruptcy.
