So much better than the fugly freestyle black and blue bikes they have been running. Both the 50th and 70th anniversary Yamis are so much better looking. If Star Yamahas are going to be blue, they should be white and blue.
Who's got some clean photos of a Deegan's bike from Spring Creek? Pit Bits maybe?

Agreed, the whole Yami crew was on point. Jmart is stoked to have his last holeshot photos on that beauty.
I prefer the black with blue. Then again I really think they should be yellow/black/white.

The white and red was on point but if they can't keep running that then im all for the all blues from red bud. They looked much better than the black and blue.

I actually think they all look good. Ive never thought of star bikes as being ugly.
That being said I do miss the days where the factory bikes ran OEM style graphics. That always looked badass to me, minimal sponsor stickers and really clean. The KTM’s and Hondas look pretty clean today, they keep it pretty stock factory edition looking.
The good ol Suzy Q will always have my heart though❤️, shes stunning!

I don’t normally like the yellow SMX numbers. But dang on the white with red and red background number plates the yellow numbers looked killer this weekend!

I get goofy over red and white YZF’s. I’d buy one in a heart beat but the garage is full of bikes and my wife would divorce me after she killed me and cut me up in little pieces if I brought another bike home.
The Canadian one is ridiculously badass . Definitely the best looking one of the 3. Of course I hate the green claw on the other two, so they started out behind the 8-ball lol

I definitely prefer Kenny's bike with the black seat and black highlights to the Twisted Tea bikes. They're just a bit too yellow for me.

Yeah, as a kid our family always went up to Penticton BC in mid August. The next year’s models would be in the Canadian showrooms and they looked fantastic! I remember that some guys would go buy a full plastic kit for their US bikes, but it was pretty pricey back then. Saw a few guys try for the Hannah look and just get the white side panels to try to mimic the translucent ones on the OWs. Obviously not a perfect match but they still looked kinda cool!
Yamahas should always be Yellow and Black (Classic 70's look). Suzukis should always be Yellow with Blue graphics and seat (Classic early 80's look). Hondas should always be Red with a Blue seat (Classic mid-80's look). They don't get any better than those combos for those brands.
And purple was a mistake no matter when it was used😂

Yellow Yamaha’s are best, then white/red and blue are tied for next. The more black, the worse they look, except sometimes a black seat looks clean and simple.

Red and white for the win most definitely. The Cdn (and Euro) aluminum tank white and red of the 1970's were drop dead beauties.
