I dont trust gate drop, dirtbikelover, mxg ryan, and so on, i only trust outlets/people who have been in the industry for a while and well known.

Matthes is saying he doesn't think it's true. So now I don't know what to think. Be cool if it is true though.

They said it's rumored, so take that for what it is.  Seems like if they were going to make the Wick, we'd know by now, since a lot goes into getting a program set, flights, etc. 

I think with the advent of SMX and the seemingly accelerating demise of the GP’s, the floodgates are about to open for foreign riders to U.S.

The speed of the day itself will be tough,  so long as they come just to enjoy without any expectations,  its a benefit to all.

Andy @ Gatedrop is not one to spread rumours without having some proof. I trust what he says.

That said, I'm surprised that Pit Beirer would let Lucas come here and risk his MXGP championship chances - he is in second place as of Matterly, 32 points behind Febvre.    KTM USA would have to build a bike for him as well, and if they did he would only have a day or two to test before they head to Southwick. The USA and MXGP bikes are quite different.

Sacha is back in 5th in MX2 with almost zero chance of a title this year, he would be more likely to be able to race here if KTM allows it.

Can't quite remember the last Belgians to race ama outdoors race, must have been Strijbos and Desalle like 10 years ago by now, and maybe Everts doing Unadilla at some point in the 90's.

All in all this would be cool to see it happen!!

Well Chase’s bike is just sitting…it shouldn’t be hard to dig up an extra 250. 

Chase's mechanic was asked by another member of media a couple hours ago, and he hadn't been told to get anything ready and didn't seem to know anything of the matter at all.

Yes, I was at Unadilla in 1997, Everts was there.
