All in all, I thought it was a good race day. Eli's beast mode the first 10 minutes of moto 2 was classic Eli. The supercharger on his bike was full boost.
Jett again showed patience and methodical progress, even a calmness after his stall.

That's sorta the excuse I figured would be proffered. He could have been more professional and eaten it before or after.

Looks like a corndog to me. I got no problem with him or any other rider eating at the podium/presser. In fact I think they should have food and drinks up there so they can have something if they choose too. Steak dinner with some french fried tatters …(slingblade voice)… would be awesome!💯
There is no doubt he did that on purpose, and it was hilarious. I rarely laugh out loud at videos but I looked like Tomac did trying to watch that. I really want to see Tomac win, but it is also really hard to not think Jett is awesome imo.

One would think that the difference between using a communication device and eating a snack during a press conference would be obvious, but apparently not.
He seemed to be paying attention while he was eating his corn dog. Looking down at your phone at the press conference is not paying attention or professional no matter what rider does it.
