I've scrolled back a ways and couldn't find any recent discussion regarding what's up with Jason.
Is he simply walking away from the sport?
He wouldn't be the the first to do it, but it has usually involved non-payment of money owed in previous occurrences.
I'm not saying any of this is the case, but I'm not reading or hearing anything about him.
Makes one wonder...
Seems like he is in. He has been training outdoors for a while
Yes
he has? I thought he just started a few days ago?

He has been riding at Fox for some time now. Looking faster on that track than I've ever witnessed, his speed is exceptional.
Now him getting good starts and having full moto endurance? that's another story...🤷
Is the configuration of the track they've all been riding the same as for the national race? Seems like that would be a HUGE home field advantage.
Even if the layout is the same, I can promise you that the midweek prep doesn’t look anything like what the riders see on Saturday. Settings, lines, nothing will be the same.
People sleep on Ando's outdoor speed. Is he going to win moto's over the big dog's? Probably not. He's just outside those guys though. Much more capable outdoors than Webb, for instance
He won a moto at the des nations.
Yes, he's very fast at Pala... Just seems to get shit starts. Like taken out in the first or second corner of EVERY moto. Then rides his ass off to a top 5. And he won Hangtown just a couple years back. I hope he's 100% and feeling it, racing is always better with all the dogs on the gate.
Nooo. They don’t run the steep hill & usually they change the sections before & after it. they’ve slowly been changing sections of the track & they try to run them for a race before (just to make sure they’re going to be as good as they think? not 100% sure) they’ve changed a fair amount of the layout & little tweaks over the last month then add in the pro section & a set of whoops rhythm before it for the pro day. Also the 2 up down hills after it as well.
I’ve seen him at Pala the last few weeks. It’s hard to imagine anyone going faster then he’s been going! It’s impressive to watch. To know there are going to be faster guys is mind blowing.
It not that they (Eli, Jett, Chase) are faster. Well they are ever so slightly. Its also they make less mistakes.
Last year at Pala Jett was 4 secs a lap faster in qualifying and 3-4 secs in the motos.
Chase certainly does not make fewer mistakes lol
I was thinking the exact same thing, he was awesome there (until he got landed on, that was brutal).
