He’s got Napoleon Syndrome to the fullest extent. You see it in that RDL clip with Blair and it comes out it small bits almost every race. When you see a small guy tuck their chin and lean their head back a little it their subconscious way to make themselves feel taller. RC does it often. It’s a real shame that one guy has control over another guys livelihood. Good on Blair for trying not to burn bridges in hopes that once the NBC guy moves on he can get in, but that’ll never happen as whatever was said has already poisoned the brains of the next person to fill the NBC spot. He’s toast and it’s fuq’n sad.
