I hope your comment is sarcastic lol. ML has done a pretty good job here, definitely better than than the last guy. But I'm not a fan of his style on Pulp. Starling annoys me a bit on the same 3 hour podcast.

I speak for most when I say we respect and admire your efforts and honesty. Very few people your age follow their dreams to reality, most just wish them so. Good luck in the coming season, treasure your young family, and keep focus on your goals. Many of us are rooting for you, and you are a breath of fresh air on pulp.

I appreciate the feedback on things. I do notice sometimes I talk over people on pulp, it’s so hard to find the window to talk when you’re in a room with a couple people all talking to just one person on the other line. Sometimes you mess up, and speak without realizing if they’re gonna talk more or something like that cause you’re also looking at Steve, and whoever else is co host and there’s a lot going on.
I’ll work on being better with it all. I personally like ML on the show. I love the knowledge with things he says and also his thoughts on this or that.
I appreciate everyone on here, wether it was good or negative towards me. I’m only human.
You’re not annoying per say, but you have a tendency to talk over others. I think it comes from lack of experience on a pod cast with that format.
I didn’t know much about Starling, good or bad, prior to Pulp, but I thought he was a great co-host and really enjoyed his perspective and commentary.

You might be surprised how little is in writing in this industry! Good in some ways, bad in others... A lot of guys are solid on their word in this industry, which is lacking in the rest of the world these days.
Honestly as a outsider to the sport.. i would take maybe 5 people for their word if i was in the industry... The rest need to sign on a dotted line period, ive read/ heard wayyy too many horror stories. For instance i know somebody who had to accept a bike at the end of the season because the team couldnt or wouldnt pay them.. back in 2013 ish....Idk i just know alot of what ive been told does not inspire trust or even the belief that they mean what they say.

It really is awesome that Starling posts here on Vital and the majority of us appreciate him being here, so I say thank you Justin.
Some folk here need to reevaluate their comments. It ain't nice dudes. I understand and get it if you disagree or don't gel with someone but come on, there are better ways to express opinions.
We need more Pro riders and industry folk here on Vital, they need to be encouraged to post...not shot down when they do...go figure...
