Especially with Webb racing on a 250, theoretically on short notice. As much as I would like to see AP represent USA again in Indiana, it would be fun to see Sexton Tomac and Deegan next year. Sexton can run #4, too!

This team wins pending a disaster. Getting a good result for the mx2 guy in race 2 is critical.

Especially when hunter and Jett can both go top 5 in the final race.

Well I said if we didn’t win I’d like to see Australia get it. Congrats Aussies! And helluva job team USA. Well get em next year. Great racing!

Just shows how important consistency and not crashing is at this event. AP and Webb didn't set the world on fire but they stayed off the ground and put in decent rides.

Kyle Webster won this for Australia. He exceeded everyone's expectations today.

Yep - Hero of the day!

Congratulations to Team Australia, a well deserved victory. To Team USA for coming through and making it to second and the Netherlands for a fine 3rd place. So many great battles for the lead and right through the ranks in all classes. One of the most exciting MXDN in many a year.

Anyone have any updates on the condition of Max Anstie and Romain Febvre? Wish them both a speedy recovery!

Not just this post but throughout the thread you seem so caught up in AMA vs. FIM that you forgot to just enjoy the racing. What a waste, you missed a wildly entertaining event.

If Eli hadn't been passed by Gajser and Jett, Team USA would have won!

That’s how this race goes sometimes things can change in a second with the scores being so close was a good race

As I said above you can say if this or that but that’s not what happened

The thing that everyone here seems to be overlooking is that Jett checked up when Tim threw it up the inside, 99/100 times they make contact, Jett had to check his ego so he wouldn't go down and lose the overall win which was the bigger picture. I give Jett more credit for using his brain in that moment instead of trying to send it and doing something stupid.

Edit: not taking anything away from Tim he deserved the win, just seeing Jett do that was impressive. I was screaming at the TV hoping he wouldn't throw it away and throw away the overall.

I’ve broken a rib- you can’t even breathe without pain,  let alone race a dirt bike.

Maybe a fracture, maybe a bruised rib, those are so painful as well.

But it’s not possible to ride or race if it is actually broken clean through,

He’s just mad that Andy Murray hasn’t won Wimbledon in awhile, and taking it out on MX.

They're normally quicker than this, shouldn't be long.

Yeah we need updates ASAP.

Him just rolling and falling over was scary to watch. His body just gave up, hopefully nothing serious

As a fan who has gone to A1 the past two years, this race 3 was more exciting than A1. Yes there have been some great A1 moments, but this race was better than A1.
