They interviewed him during qualifying. No serious injuries but is hurting so he’s sitting round one out. Will be back next weekend.

It really depends on what they've been eating. If they've been eating berries I think its not much different than elk (slightly more gamey than venison if you haven't had elk) with a hint of sweetness to it. If they've been eating fish or garbage it can be very gamey/greasy and not very good. Grind it into sausage at that point and hope for the best.
