Same tthing hhappens to me when i type from my aandroid phone.

I'm on a 25 dollar older Wal-Mart phone, bumming wifi from Starbucks, and posting out of Chrome. Never had a problem. 

I pposted about it inow non mother aND no mod rreplied.  

Someone mentioned turning off predictive text in your phone settings. Only seems to affect certain phones, never had a problem with my iPhone 

It's a predictive text issue with primarily Samsung/android phones. We tested a fix this week that's supposed to be going through to the site next week.

As stated above, turn off predictive text in your phone settings.

Android phone, turned off predictive text. Test

Android phone predacted text tused back on. Test

Don't use your default keyboard. Samsung phone here and I've used GBoard on all my phones for years with zero issues.

What's GBoard? Ivery got a Samsung to.

Does an iPad qualifies as apple? Cause I’ve had the problem here, it’s like typing with a stutter..

The only problems I ever have are different than the ones others are having. For example, some thread posts don't  have like or dislike thumbs and cant be quoted, and the window to comment in a thread is closed. Aside from that, no trouble.

Yes predictive text works, but now I need to know how to spell.

No trouble on my I pad or I phone. 

Several times I have posted photos and they just stop displaying.

Mines beven ding that too, for mon the. I posted about it in the about forum way bck, gt no atin or ssatisfaction. Im not tturning off pwsictive on my phone just to keep this place hpay wen its the oblu placeon the internets that has this issue.

Seriously, I have zero skills with computers or phones and to be perfectly honest...I don't have the slightest interest in learning.  This does present difficulties trying to navigate the modern world.   I am cognizant that it's damn near impossible to speak to an actual human (that speaks comprehsible English) when dealing with doctors, insurance,  utility, mortgage companies.

My trump...the ace up my sleeve...my saving grace... is kid's and grandkids that are fucking cyborgs that lIke me JUST enough to take the phone from my feeble hands and make it do what i need done.

I haven't asked them to fix this predictive text "cheap ass android" problem.  They already call me "The Vitard".  I can't take another boot to the balls.  Grant an old man a modecum of dignity.

This has been a good day.  Got the mower blade off and sharpened (the late summer grass is tough as hell).  My Tanaka weed eater cuts laser sharp and I lIke things looking sharp...like a military haircut just before inspection.  

Before that, while i waited for the dew to burn off,   I finally got the a/c on the Mazda sorted.  Fuck these electronic demons.  Which brings me to one of the only redeeming qualities of the internet..."how to" videos.  There's a lot of "cheat" in the search (cheat is the weeds, bugs, etc that are harvested along with the crop.  The more cheat...the less profit per bushel).  But, if you dig enough...you can find some other poor bastard that, for whatever reason...filmed himself fixing the same problem you have.

Think I’m done posting pics on here, it’s just so frustrating . Shouldn’t be that difficult or annoying. That’s my big gripe about this Vital hangout.

I have all the apple products and don't have an issue. Do you guys update your devises regularly?

I can usually post 1 at a time easily enough on my laptop, multiple pictures not so much. I gave up trying on my iPhone, which is where any pictures worth posting are. I can put a pic on facebook, then copy onto my laptop, then post it from there, or do what I've been doing lately and giving up. Too much time and effort involved.

The last update should allow you to do a batch upload all at once in the forum.

I just grab and drag all my photos I want to upload over the editor box and they upload all at once.
