He rode 3 regional races and 2 pulled out or had dnf's. The one he had a good first day at I thought he sat out day 2. Good for him to get the experience but dang how many alternates actually make it

10th and 14th don't seem unreasonable.. one year i got 10th at a regional and i believe 1 or two guys who finished behind me sent papers in and raced. I was being bull headed and said id only go if i got a ticket, but looking back i wish i had sent the money. Lol
Man, you accelerate from 0 - “it’s shady” faster than a freaking Tesla, don't you? First it was Travis Soules stole the parts for the Kenny replica bike, now this with nothing to back up either claim.
I think he beat Adams in 1 of the classes last yr. He finished 2nd at redbud to Adams . They both raced in Canada a day later . Janik finished 2nd in the 1st moto. I think he was just coming off of a injury. So it might be a good race. Not sure if thd kid from Wi. Moved up from a 85 but he was top 3 last yr or won a moto. Remember Janik beat Deegan on his factory special mod bike in his last super mini race . I,m in Chicago now so I,m betting on Janik.
How is Cole Davies getting on? Expecting him to be upfront or there abouts given he beat Drew adams in sx futures & I know his background is much more Mx orientated. Wishing the young kiwi flyer all the best.
He qualified for Supermini 2 and was the first alternate for Mini Sr. 1.

The alternate list will change as people get into the race. Also the finish doesnt matter if not many alternates sign up.
I was under the impression Tate was an alternate in both classes based on Social Media posts they made & in the YouTube series he doesn't get a ticket.
Just went back & checked on July 12th they posted that he got in as alternate in Super Mini 2 & yesterday that he got in as an alternate for Mini Sr. 2.
Kiah was the only Reed to qualify with a ticket.
Just be happy for them.
That makes sense that the alternate list may not be “dense”.

Am I wrong or didn't Tate start riding a 250f? He's going to go back down to Supermini, just to go as an alternate, on a bIke he hisn't been riding. I know iit's a big deal to do LL but are they not cconfident he won't make it other years? If I'm wwrong about his mmoving up to the 250 ddisregard this post
It sucks that Aiden Keefer is out.. He has been working hard with Brownie for several months.
You're right, CR moved him up after the last regional.
But he's ran up front in some of the regional 85 and Supermini motos and looks good on the bike...might be some mental hurdles there that could be overcome by gaining some experience at The Ranch this year. This experience might pay off in coming years; at least he will have "been there".
So placing 10th and 14th smells that cotter? He makes it in before the race as an alternate, a top alternative I might add. The class he finished 14th in, he is currently first of 2 alternates waiting to get in at the race. But sure, let’s say it smells like cotter…
Diesel, Whispern, Kison, Kannon, Mason Dixon (from northern Illinois), Kanaan, Justus..... and that's just the first 5 practice sessions lol
He didn’t qualify via racing for supermini 2. He had to be top 6 overall at a regional and he wasn’t. Now maybe he had enough people ahead of him use a different regional or pick different classes to bump him up, but his result is still outside the top 6.
Not a knock on him at all and I think he got in without any secret help from tc.
Happens all the time when other riders qualify in multiple classes or regions.
I agree, just getting the first year jitters out of the way. This race is huge, and freaks out lots of kids there for the first time.

Anytime you can go and race Loretta’s you should do it. The experience Tate gains this week will be like nothing he has ever had before. Next year he will now have to try in B class and if he makes it he will have some idea what the week will hold. Plus Chad already had to go for the daughter anyways. You can’t pass up the experience of racing these big races.
Chad needs to get some 125’s and run Tate in Schoolboy 1 and 125 b/c. Then go after Schoolboy 2 and B classes year after next.
Yeah, good points. No ssubstitute for the actual LL racing eexperience.
