The exact opposite of sandbagging. He doesn’t even plan to finish the race, in order to not interfere with other riders who haven’t yet qualified. They just want a full gate of some of the best riders in the country to prepare for Loretta’s.

Watched him one year at Loretta’s race 125cc Schoolboy and 125cc A, back when you could race A & Schoolboy. He won one of them, got 2nd in the other. Dude was on another level.

This promoter can’t catch a break, it’s already 1:00pm they are in a rain delay, only ran 2 motos so far. There is 2 divisions of every class, they will have to run LCQ’s on top of that. Going to be a long weekend.

That sucks, 20 years ago we stayed at the hurricane mills Days Inn. I would book rooms for the following year when we checked out. We were next door to Blake Baggett one year, they weren’t too happy with us.
