After reading in the other thread that he is going to be a dad (apparently), I half expected this thread about him saying he is retiring.

But still.....

SHIT !!!!!!

Yeah yeah sure he wasn't "100%", but Chase was really starting to come on strong and shit was about to get real.  Why moto gods must you smite us again?

Thumb injury ended Lamson run at the front . RC had it much easier then.  Honda was a little harsh on him . Saying we expect ALOT more out of him. But if you can’t hang on you not going to be at the front anymore. Bball & work dislocated my thumbs numerous times. They dislocate pretty easy now. I had game keeps thumb too. The thumb gets bent & lays on your forearm. I kept working 7 days a week on the hhg rig then 5 more major injuries. I,m sur the surgeon is great but no guarantee.

This sucks.....but can we all agree the lack of dragon backs and 9 whoops haven't changed a damn thing on injuries??? This sport has always been dangerous and always will be.  The technology of protective gear is the answer, not changing tracks.  Sorry for the rant.

Would be a nice time for the return of Tomac to help interfere in some points and get Justin Cooper up front to gain some points for the shot at the title

Protective gear and slowing bikes down. It'll happen someday, only a matter of when we get there and people accept this. I suspect someday we'll look at 450's like we look at 500 2 strokes now. Just because you can build them and race them on an mx track doesn't mean you should.

450's have zero to do with this.  More 250 guys are hurt than 450 and it been this way since it was slow ass 89 125's and the tracks were super slow.  It's just a dangerous sport.

I would love to see the sport go to stock bike except a pipe and suspension.  That would slow it down a lot.  Affordable for privateers and companies success would be tied to the product they sell us.  Factories love to show championships in their ad while the only thing in common with what you can buy is the color….which isn’t even the case for Husky.
.

.

This will never happen because after market money is big….it’s just my impossible wish…

Bummer for Jett. I was really looking forward to seeing him spin laps around Spring Creek in a couple of weeks. Speedy recovery mate

I’m not sure how to take your post… If you’re just trolling and burning time messing with people or if you are delusional ?
I’ve never noticed so many extraordinary posts from you in one day, you’re on a roll, carry on…….. 🧌

He held it longer than Chase did after grabbing a big points lead. I don't expect him to hold it much longer either. But I wouldn't be surprised if Chase throws it away again. Either way I like Chase aswell. I go for the Aussies by default. But I like other riders too.

One time, a large mouth bass pulled me UP a waterfall.

Sorry but, if you're a racer and this lights a fire in your belly, you're a loser.

Sorry but if you try harder because the main competition is out you are not a true champion. Chase should be and most likely is pissed that Jett is out. It is "To be the best you gotta beat the best." not "To be the best you hope the best guy goes down."

That’s a lot of words to just say yes.
