Pretty bold claims. He did look very good before he crashed, I’ll give him that. Maybe not the best thing to put on Instagram but whatever

Nobody likes to hear the absolute truth, Austin.  C'mon, man!

its probably best he stays quiet cause most people aren’t a fan of the truth in the world now.

you can’t argue with him though. He is right.

Definitely facts. How the hell he was whooping everyone with one contact in is beyond me, until he keeps it on two wheels though it's irrelevant

"Interesting perspective from Forkner"

Given with zero perspective of what led up to Austin's response. Clearly a slimeball tactic.

Not sure what Austin is trying to achieve here, if he's talking about Deegan I hope he knows Deegan wasn't 100% and he was pulling on him.

Deegan the psycho is going to use this yapping as fuel.

I have been a big AF fan, and I can't disagree with him now. What I can say is that most years, he has been the fastest in SX, but keeping it off the ground is the big factor

Unfortunately it takes speed and consistency

Well… you can’t blame the guy for defending himself. We can’t see all the other comments. So many trolls talking shit, it’s gotta be tough to be in the limelight these days with so many armchair quarterbacks.
Lets face it, he has the speed and technique to dominate that class, I hope he can back it up when he gets back on the bike. He just had his lasik surgery, so one less thing get in his way.  He’s no quitter, I’ll give him props on being a fighter

I’d have to agree with what led up to Austin’s response. Someone was pushing buttons and he fell for it. Social media makes it so easy for people to act like an idiot online. Same goes for these forums I suppose. Laughing

Deegan is the most overrated rider in the series. Dude is getting schooled in a weak coastal championship.

If he had to face Levi Kitchen every week he wouldn't even have a race win yet

How would you do in a regional series, on one of the most powerful 250f's on the gate, recovering from a broken wrist and with a bruised tailbone?

Oh, also forgot to add how much pressure the fans are putting on him, and him setting his own expectations and being the most popular rider in the pits.

Pulling on him from behind? Never heard it said like that before.

Also Austin stretched it out before he crash but deegan did close the gap for a very brief moment.

Lot of excuses you got there. I don't think his injury had anything to do with running right into a tuff block on the starting straight 🤣 maybe if he focused more on riding instead of giving everyone and their cousin the bird he wouldn't be 4th in points right now

Oh and in case you forgot this is his 2nd season and he only has 1 career win, which was gifted to him after Forkner's crash. He hypes himself up constantly and yet he's getting his ass handed to him for the 2nd SX season in a row

Austin needs to learn humility. He ain't won, or proven anything yet, except how to run off at the mouth.

He's really not beating anybody because the series is still going and he is already watching from the sidelines because he threw it away and got hurt.................................................again.

I agree, talking shit about how good you are while you are out injured again is not a real smart.

Part of winning and being a champion is believing in yourself., they talk about it on pulp all the time with guys like Chad, who always believed he could beat Ricky and James even if he wasn’t as good as them, and guess what? He beat them many times..

the problem is he wouldn't have crashed without the arm and eye issues. speed is only half the equation. i hope the nerve issues aren't  AC92 level.
