He was clearly going to make the turn...riders had been going inside and banking off the 2nd half of that berm all night

If you legit think an experienced 450 pro was just going to launch off the back of a berm unaided then you haven't been watching this sport very long

IMO they both f'd up.  Barcia came in a million miles an hour and tight to not let Friese by, and Jett cut down insanely hard.  This is what can happen when you cut down really hard the first lap, we saw it with Stew and Dungey in 2016.  Just a racing incident and neither is at fault, they both got caught up in their own battle.  And yes, Barcia would have made the corner.

Jett somehow manages to fit in "yeah no" after every word.  Drives me insane!!

Jett can’t cut down that early and that hard on the first lap. Barcia can’t be coming in at that insane angle on the first lap. Both are at fault. Super shitty situation for Jett and I’m thankful he has an extra week of recovery.

Racing incident . Lots of fast usable lines on a SX track , some of them cross . Shit happens . 

My only question is, did Bam Bam offer Jett a potato with that T-bone. 🤔

Barcia covered more ground under brakes than Hunter did under full power.

Which is normal. 
 

look up 0-60 distance vs 60-0 distance tests.  

The corner was wide as fuck there was plenty of room for that line jett took, Barcia went straight instead of trying to corner.

Mind boggling how Jett gets the blame. If barcia had tried to turn there would been no issue. 
 

Even had Jet went wide he probably still gets smashed by Barcia 

If it’s not Barcias fault why was he apologising to Jett after the race? 
 

Cut from the same cloth as friese - a fucking liability on 2 wheels. 

Just seemed that Barcia’s extreme angle in to the corner, it is almost like he is going backwards on the track. It’s hard to enter a corner past the apex and not expect the worst. The collision happened past the mid point of the corner marker.  If you hit the guy who is in front of you on the track…..you are to blame. 

Barcia rides like a fucking pig. Always has, always will. 

As if Bam Bam never T bones and takes out the front wheel. Jetts fault cause he turend down early - If he turned down same as this brother Bam Bam would have still taken him out - Bam Bam does this all the time and hardly every has the speed to beat other racers straight up.

Sucks too, because every couple years I really start to like him again. This was just a bone head move man. Like, people here have lost their minds, in no world was that not 100% on bam bam. 

That was a last lap for the win attack angle on that corner. And even then it would've been dirty af. 

Hahha yeah, I think we can see the 'fast 450 guys' now, Andersson, Barcia and many more, interesting to see that Jett is struggling to keep their pace. Jett has a lot to learn on how to be fast on a 450. 450s are another level, those guys are fast.
