It’s tough to tell with the timing of the PA system live but it sounded like he was getting boo’d after his podium interview

He pretty much said he could have punted Webb off the track but decided to be nice. Maybe that's why?
Wouldn't suprise me, he said he "checked up" and played nice, meanwhile the replay showed him going WFO into the back of Webb in what was clearly a dumb mistake.
They definitely cheered when he went down
Yeah no for sure

They were saying Boo-urns!
Somebody get this kid a public relations coach. This stuff is starting to add up. Kenny's birthday present, the incident with Anderson, saying he should've went in harder tonight.
He's falling down more than Chase did last year with his front-end problems. 3 more outdoor stadiums on the calendar. Oh boy...
The good news is he's young, a 450 rookie, so he's still learning...
Classic!!
Standard Americans. Can’t handle a kid from another country is wiping the field
Don’t need a PR coach when you are leading your rookie 450 sx season and just went undefeated in the outdoors.
You've got your Outdoors mixed up with your Indoors.
Kinda like the Reese's commercial "You've got your chocolate in my peanut butter".
This Indoors deal is a tricky one. More variables to factor in.
Don't be dumb pookie
All those mistakes and still a 16 point lead.
I'm sure it was because everyone was happy that he went down as he's apparently so unpopular not just because it was an exciting part of the race
It is simple, people like to see different winners and exciting close racing for their money. Not one guy running away with every race. That's all it is. Jett is a likable kid...most of the time.
We've talked about this before. Keep sampling that soil and you get bit (he still hasn't had the big one). Jeremy McGrath (72) miraculously did not fall down much! A pattern seems to be developing where if he doesn't get the holeshot poop happens. He's fallen down more this SX season than Jeremy did in 5 years! And that includes Jeremy's rookie season
When Kenny had is arm injury with HRC he was riding great. Last year Eli, riding great and consistant, about had it wrapped up with a couple to go before disaster struck. Supercross is a bad mofo! You hear these guys after the race.. "gnarly, slippery, rutted, muddy, tricky" etc...
These guys are gladiators!
How could he be mixed up, sx is supposed to be indoors with a roof, mx is outdoors, well outdoors. Can't be any more sensical.
Whats difference between this and a National, the lap times.
They both have mud, metal starting gate, sand, sx obstacles and the weather.
Pretty sure I heard boos in the heat race
Outdoor natural tracks don't have whoops, the same design/style jumps, holeshot dependant, one 20 minute moto, lack of dirt, and fall apart as much when wet. Outdoor SX tracks and Indoor SX tracks are way more dangerous.
Pit Row
Webb is a master chess player. He played Jett on that crash. That said, Jett just showed the field he has another gear. Boo birds are boo beeeyotches
Jett Stewart, win or crash trying
This was still a step in the right direction (if you are a Jett fan). He was 2 seconds a lap faster than the rest, made one misstake and then backed it off to secure a 3rd instead of risking to make more misstakes and drop more positions.
I get it that people grasp at straws now hoping that someone can beat him in the close future but in reality this just once proves how much of a higher pace he can run than the rest and he will learn to back it off when he needs to.
Stewart never understood that part.
Knuckle draggers in the stands were giving him the fingers when he went down.
This is an opportune moment to pour water on Gypsy Bro's ridiculous idea that supercross can be as popular as Formula One. Supercross fans are from a completely different demographic. Formula One appeals to the wealthy and elites. If you want supercross to start gaining some mainstream fans don't show the people in the stands. They make the sport look far from glamorous.
So did everyone in my house! Hopefully the same shit happens next week!
Standard Australian, lumping all Americans the same, even though it's a country of 350 million people spread over 4 time zones with thousands of sub-cultures. It must be the stress of having the Koala bear as your only marketable tourist attraction, a fence going through the middle of the country to protect you from rabbits, and knowing that it is inevitable that Beijing will be your capital.
Isn't the Crocodile Dundee guy getting old also 😂
PR guy is for off the track not on 🙂
Yes, and I think I heard all the Koalas are dying from venereal disease as strange as it sounds.
Let it go. Fans just want close racing. Has nothing to do with Jett's nationality.
Yup haha
Most of Australia doesn’t have Koalas and the fence is for Dingoes, but yeah sure, carry on…..
