Seems like it.
Ask me in four more races.
With barcia being close to retirement. I cannot understand why prado is favourite to goto kawi and not be signed by gasgas.
He can do his own gear deals with Kawasaki. With TLD you're locked in the LTD gear, Alpinestars boots and Oakley goggles setup.
Just needs the new swingarm chain slider, less friction…

It’s funny, towards the end of the race I saw his name on the board and thought, shit, I had completely forgotten all about him..
Just like Kenny was the last couple of years
Yes, he lost all the skill that got him on the podium three races and three weeks ago. Look for him to be serving at the local Starbucks near you shortly.
He’s certainly not riding well, but he is on the small list of riders that have gotten a podium so I’m not totally there yet
He needs to take a year off to heal properly and then come back on an alloy proper engine orientation bike
Threads like this, this early in the season suck. Change my mind.
Funny, I thought the exact same thing! He’s definitely not making his presence known when his starts aren’t in the top 5.
Whilst what you say is likely correct, why are people close-minded to think that one deal with GG could not simply exceed financially what he got from several deals to cover clothing??
It’s very likely a Kawi salary is less, because they’ll allow him to do his own gear deals.
and GG deal pays more, but he’s locked in to wearing their gear.
why can’t people fathom this and speak like it’s an impossibility??
Why did he finish 18th last night? I watched the race but never saw what happened.
He is currently 10th in the Championship.
Personally I think his better days are behind him but he may yet surprise us...hard to tell.
He turns 32 next month. Time is undefeated.
No idea but you have to believe it's injury or sickness related. Let's see how he does after the break.
He is. To be expected at his age. Tomac might be too given his injury and age, but I’m more optimistic about him getting better as the season goes on than I am Barcia.
Some don't get sarcasm around here 😕
He's mentioned that he has been sick
Pit Row
Have we forgotten he came in under prepared from injury? Talent is too deep right now to not be firing on all cylinders. He doesn't have it right now, but there's no reason to believe he won't get back to near his last year's level eventually.
Maybe, maybe not. His finish last night was the equivalent of what Tomac did last week. I'm willing to bet that he at least becomes relevant again. Bam Bam aint going down like that
Tightest pants in the biz...🙃
Anderson’s bike is looking dialed and possibly money. Ktm/Husky/GasGas have a lot more riders to pay for.
As long as the dumb dumb switch don’t suddenly come on and he starts taking out riders I can care less if how he finishes.
Christian Craig too. Sexton was a little off. Maybe the new KTM is too stiff for tracks like this? Mookie did great, but he's a bigger dude.
Sexton was off, the KTM might be too stiff? Did you watch the broadcast at all?
Kawasaki's parent: 💰

Sexton was hurt my guy...
Well! if Barcia is done, then there are also a lot of Pro riders that have a National numbers that are also done. Barcia on his worst night would still beat 99.99% of riders in the world that attempt to race a Supercross.
Barcia did not forget how to ride, he’ll be back. Don’t forget how fast he was going before he crashed out last year.
Age and injuries are slowly catching up. Glad to see he is still hanging in there.
Post a reply to: Barcia is done.
