No one's going to take you seriously with that as your profile pic..

So different from pretty much any other track still running today.

Farliegh was a dream!  So fun to ride there. I absolutely loved it.  I’m not a vintage racer, it was my first time, but I am hooked.

The 1983 Husky cr450 twin shock was the fasted thing I have ever ridden with no brakes (drum) and pretty stiff twin shock. The bike was bad ass, but you have to be a man to ride it.

I also rode a 1980 cr250 twin shock and had a smile on the face the whole time. The roost was no joke D776516D-E6E2-402B-AA4B-08EE468AF8F2.jpeg?VersionId=W5ouLQ5vRS

But I suppose in today’s environment folks will be upset by that too..

That amount of bruising is not normal- You may want to get that looked at. Maybe some underlying condition..

What time does deagan race, at Glen Helen, on an electric bike, after carpooling with tomac, and is it all just prep for his attempt at winning the 2024/2025 wsx?

I spent 6 motos starting second row, so 40th place at best (more like 46th-ish) battling vintage two strokes for 6 laps each Moto.  I never, ever had a break from roost coming through the pack.  It felt like paintballs hitting my arms for two days in a row.  It started as small little bruising and just got worse.  this was a couple days after.

Reed raced there the week or so before and commented on the roost and showed photos, was a little less harsh, but still gnarly.

Seems like all the pod casters have taken off too.  During the season there’s wayyyyy to many podcasts to keep up with and during off season it’s crickets and there’s not enough

One time…. We were racing the Budds Creek Nat. This particular Nat was fairly muddy in practice. Track was going opposite direction that it is now. After Henry hill (Bubba  scrub hill) it was a fast straightaway to a very one lined table. Who decides to pull back onto the track right in front of me while I’m doing 80? DV! I had to change lines and almost threw it away over the table.
I was going to kill him!
Fast forward to Red Bud a few weeks later. Similar scenario, but no mud, actually perfect conditions. Once again out for practice and who do I see cutting the track as I head down into the corner before Larocco’s leap, DV. We are going to get to the corner at the same time, let’s not forget he isn’t even on the track. I’m like, no way MF’er, you’re not doing this again. He drops into the corner right in front of me and I f’n blast him right off the track. It was perfectly executed! Anyone standing there was probably like “what did we just see ?”
Anyway, I huck the leap and you would 180 to a table to a sweepy right to a little set of doubles. As I approach the corner before the finish, there’s DV with his arm up in the air. I just slowed down and shook my head at him.
We never spoke of it and to this day, I’m sure he has know idea why I torpedoed him.

aw hell you're probably right. didn't have the money or the guts to get back on a proper bike. having a femur drill through a knee and blow the tibia apart will do that to man. so I bought a CRF150 and hit a double on that instead.

You just needed to work Friese into that and it would have been perfect.

Many of those miles being offroad.

Both still drive smooth as silk.

Theres a guy over on a hunting forum that i post at that has over 600k on his Excursion.

I have a Honda Trail 110 that has over 30k miles on it (estimated, as the speedo cable likes to break every few years and it takes me a bit to get in the mood to fix it. It burns almost as much oil as gas.

Some silly perspective on the amount of mileage you both have on your cars...the moon is only ~235,000 miles from earth. Joey has driven there, and he's 95% of the way home...

From World Champions to team managers to team owners to the parts guys behind the counter.  I know this as fact and so does management.

But not too many of them want to post in this forum because of the trolls that have become more vocal, brazen, and rude here over the years.

If some members here would not attempt to light everyone on fire, this forum would be full of the top people in this sport expressing themselves.

Be nice and think twice before you post stupid or degrading shit.
