This is interesting

Awesome. But man it must be tough to be thrown into the 450 class. The top 10 are so damn good.

He is one of the smoothest in europe, and he is the best starter. Nice combo, I think he can adapt quite quick. He would be a 250 contender quite immediately, but I am more afraid of the 450, on rutted minefields late in the main, to have some sx experience is pretty important. I vote 250 first in 2025 just for sx Smile

Prado probably won't race sx, the tracks aren't wide enough for his bike.

He’ll make them wide enough 😂

I’m guessing the 5 thumbs down are a no answer to him racing against Jett and Hunter in there first 450 sx race in France, I’m looking forward to watching the bro’s race each other.

He did ride supercross quite a bit while he was here. And as a 14/15 year old, (his birthday was while he was here) he was hitting the whoops and doing all the rythms. He wasnt far off of Jessy and Shane at the TLD track and Jessy won A1 that year. He is such a good rider and even as a kid made SX look easy.

Jorge needs to study history before he jumps into AMA Pro SX on a 450 . . . Josh Coppins comes to mind

I don't know if this rule is still on force but it used to be that the mxgp champion or former champ is not allowed in the 250 class.

I don’t think the width of his bike will make much of a diff when your as fast as he is. At least he’s not French, I’d predict a championship his first try

Can’t say I’ve heard of that rule, but then again it’s a long time since an MX1/450 champion moved to the US.  I think Tortelli or Albertyn (whoever came first) was probably the most recent.  Reed was second in 2001 MXGP but then was forced to ride a 250 for his first year.

Somehow him being a world champ and a young man. I think he will do just fine in sx. Maybe not a champion but competitive just the same.

He's younger than Vialle by the way.

Awesome. He’s gonna cop a lot of hate from ignorant people due to AMA VS. MXGP pissing match. But clearly he’s a world class rider and one of the best on two wheels. Somehow I think he’ll be fine figuring out SX and adapting. Interested to see how this plays out into the future.

Only from the GP diehards...  The AMA crowd would love to have him.

The 250 class is mental, the kids are spastic. 450 class, although crazy intensity, I could see wanting to ride that class. Much more respect and riders racing clean. But damn the field is deep.

2025, could see a few guys retire at the top, a nice time to slot in. He can’t be expected to win and podium though. The beat down tracks will be the even harder part to this.

With outdoors and smx he would have a shot at killing the latter half of the season.

I don't see a particular problem with starting SX on the 450 - he's already a seasoned top level 450 rider.  Biggest problem with the way the US series are run is that most guys debut the 450 in supercross.  Maybe the way Jett did it will cause a few more to switch it around and debut the 450 outdoors then move to SX.

The guys just make so much more money in USA with sx,Mx and now smx.  Can’t blame them for coming if they can figure out sx. Even herlings alluded to this.

Watched some interviews with Prado, seems like a cool kid. Hopefully he comes over that would be great.
