If anyone sees someone at their local track with a Dylan Ferrandis bike stand, some Pirelli bike mats, team pit boards, etc...kick them in the balls.
There was a small issue with fans just running into the garages in the second moto, grabbing easy-to-snag stuff, and running off.
Chicago??
I don’t see that as a small issue. And yes, I know there was a little sarcasm in the sentence you used that. I’m blown away at how people think it’s okay to do that shit.
It be like that sometimes- as the kids say.
hope they catch them but doubtful.
That sucks but in Chicago I,m surprised. At lalapaloosa they stole sound equipment, instruments, lights. Actually the whole semi. Last ld I scaled in up st Ny. The state police where at the pilot that has cameras everywhere. For a stolen trk & trl.

Very good use of that meme.
It's because there are no longer any consequences for crime.
Start doing to thieves what they do in the middle east and it'll all come to a screeching halt.
Petty theft is getting worse and worse.....everywhere, but much worse in some states. When the consequences do not exist this is what happens.
In Chicago? Odd.
I had my beater moto van sitting in Chicago for months. Door not locked or even fully closed. A crazy Serbian gave me a ride to pu it up. And we where both surprised it wasn’t stolen. G20,s still a popular vehicle with Chicago pimps. Haha
That's a road we don't want to go down pard. Next thing you know...that neighbor you hate calls the church police and says he saw you piss on a bible. You're never heard from again and that neighbor kicks back in his (your) new house.
I ain't saying things are ok...but that ain't the solution.
Questions: Where the hell is security? When I've been in the pits, it's very controlled with only a couple ingress/egress points.
Also, isn't there anyone left behind at the rigs to keep an eye on shit?
This has nothing to do with current politics!🤔
Well don't ask the rig driver to pick up that hat as well...

If by "current" you mean "since the beginning of time"...
Bad behavior will exist as long as we do.
One thing to remember, the people that did this bought tickets to the event. The “fans” of the sport. It’s wasn’t a smash and grab in the parking ramp.
Shit heads everywhere.
Seriously lmao by some of these comments you would have thought the race was in the middle of downtown. TBH Joliet isnt even in Chicago and these fuckers obviously knew where to go/etc and were familiar w/ the racing schedule.
I dont think saying "oh thats chicago for you" somehow trying to relate the crimes that happen in downtown to this very specific, niche, event that happened AN HOUR AWAY from the city are relevant lol.
they do the same in malls and stores in some of "these" cities. with little or no consequences.
Sweet Home Chicago

The lack of discipline and consequences for crime has taught thieves it's now okay to punch an elderly woman in the face. This has become the norm around here, almost a daily occurrence:

Should read GNCC posts on FB. eMtb thefts are a problem. Mostly rural locations and folks. Crime can occur anywhere.
anyone reported missing table clothes?
Right! And I would expect there to be cameras inside and/or outside the garage.
May be a dumb question but are these things reported to the police? Not to say much could or would be done but if there are security cameras, I would think they could be identified.
It's crazy that a random person is able to run back there, grab things, leave and take whatever with them, exit the stadium, all without being seen by anyone.
Sorry man.... some examples need to be made to put fear back into people who cannot do the right thing. ...but I love how you spun this into a religion/Christian bashing moment. I believe there are rules here against that.
I still laugh when I think about the drunks that grab 40 yards of track banner only to discover it won't fit in the car.
Many and I say many people in this country feel like they are entitled to steal, not just Chicago but across this once great country. Walmart and other food store in parts of Chicago have closed up and moved out do to loosing money from shop lifting/stealing. The mayor wants to open city run grocery stores. That would be a big hit……..would be looted down to bare shelves the first hour open and shelves carried off and sold for scrap. https://www.foxbusiness.com/politics/chicago-mayor-considers-creating-c…
I heard Sexton's black jersey got stolen too
Cash bail was abolished as of today in Illinois...
Well...if that's what you got out of my statement...that's my bad. Hard as I try...what I think doesn't always come across the same when I write it.
There SHOULD be punishment for crimes. But, you referred to how the middle east deals with it. Been there...seen it. They still have crime...just more one handed people.
And don't believe for a second that their morality police are any less corrupt than the folks they round up.
If not wanting ANY religion to have control of the country is bashing then I guess I'm guilty...you want a hand or an ear?
Edit...I forgot where I was. This is now in the non-moto or more likely dumbgeon category.
Starting to see a pattern the venue kind of dropped the ball...
If caught, nothing will happen to them. They know it and police know it. Even more so if they are juveniles. The pendulum will swing back the other way and we'll punish crime again someday but gonna take a few more liberals getting car jacked before it happens.
