That sucks but in Chicago I,m surprised. At lalapaloosa they stole sound equipment, instruments, lights. Actually the whole semi. Last ld I scaled in up st Ny. The state police where at the pilot that has cameras everywhere. For a stolen trk & trl.

It's because there are no longer any consequences for crime.

Start doing to thieves what they do in the middle east and it'll all come to a screeching halt.

Petty theft is getting worse and worse.....everywhere, but much worse in some states.  When the consequences do not exist this is what happens.

I had my beater moto van sitting in Chicago for months. Door not locked or even fully closed.  A crazy Serbian gave me a ride to pu it up. And we where both surprised it wasn’t stolen. G20,s still a popular vehicle with Chicago pimps. Haha

they do the same in malls and stores in some of "these" cities.  with little or no consequences.

Should read GNCC posts on FB. eMtb thefts are a problem. Mostly rural locations and folks. Crime can occur anywhere.

May be a dumb question but are these things reported to the police? Not to say much could or would be done but if there are security cameras, I would think they could be identified.

It's crazy that a random person is able to run back there, grab things, leave and take whatever with them, exit the stadium, all without being seen by anyone.

There SHOULD be punishment for crimes.  But, you referred to how the middle east deals with it.  Been there...seen it.  They still have crime...just more one handed people.
