I knew him and would talk with him often at the races, I  would consider him a race friend. I know that it escalated to much more than the thong until it got to the point it was not appropriate for riding.And they had to ask him to tone it down. 

I was just repeating what he told me . He also said that his girlfriend had painted his nails  the night before a race, and since wearing the thong and painted nails he was able to avoid being Injured. I'm not sure if he liked the attention he got from it and escalated to wearing dresses in motos when the thong thing was not standing out enough.  Or if he just liked to wear that stuff. It went on for many years. Not a one race deal, 10 plus years! 

 He was a nice guy, that had some demons like many do. He was a very skilled carpenter that worked on amazing yacht's for a local boat builder last I talked with him.  His boss raced and I asked about how he was at work. And he said he was great worker and none of his oddness impacted his work, everybody at the company loved him.

Weird some folks are so tweaked over it haha, it's some baggy ass moto pants and a polyester shirt, not tights and a Wonderbra 😂

Can't imagine it'd work for a dude though, the cut in the pants will be off if you have a twig and giggle berries and the jersey will probably be weirdly proportioned on a dude

I don't know why but this thread made me laugh because it brought up a funny memory from when I was about 16 or so.  I was sitting in Jim's Barber shop waiting my turn.  Like most barber shops there were 4 or 5 guys waiting on a haircut and someone in the chair.  

Jim was just cutting away and the door opens and a women walks in.  She says loudly in order to ask him,  Do you cut women's hair?  Without missing a beat or even looking up, Jim says no ma'am, I just part it.  

It took about about 3 seconds before everyone was grasping for air from laughing so hard.  The shock and look on her face as she turned around and slammed the door about made me piss my pants.
