You do realise sports broadcasts across the world are trying to get newcomers right? for us yes it's repetitive we know the power of long legs we know Jett doesn't looking he's trying but is going fast etc.
They already have us die hardcore fans they're not trying to sell it to us, it's not like we are going to stop watching the sport because Ricky or whomever is saying the same shit as last week, it's always been like this.
What about being of the pro riders and answering the same question week in and weekout "Just gotta get a good start and start upfront".
RC must have some serious dirt on whomever continues to allow him to announce anything. He is just downright awful at this role and needs to gracefully step away. The only thing worse than him as an analyst was his podcast with Emig.
I think Ricky would benefit from not having a complete headset on and covering his ears (I know it’s needed for the job), but I notice I fumble my words while wearing a headset and I think it has to do with not being able to hear myself as well while talking.
I like Ricky trackside and think JT should be in the Booth. Weege seems to be talking on eggshells with RC.

being a announcer is a hard job and takes more skill than just knowing the riders. Weege misses out way to much on track for my liking.

Yep the broadcasts can be pretty shit. I get it. It's a niche sport so the funding isn't high so there's a lack in technologies, equipment, back of house staff etc. But since they lack these things you'd think they would simplify and just concentrate on quality racing and battles? Stop with the unnecessary stories trying to create drama and narratives. The production misses alot of good stuff while they're following/talking about something of no importance to their main audience
Or busy-body mean ole' ladies that continuously want to yell "shut the fuck up" since we are supposedly interrupting their Saturday Bingo game.
For everyone saying we're not top level or professional has anyone every listened to David Croft call the main f1 broadcast? He makes mistakes literally all the time and thats the top motorsports series in the world. The difference is he gets reigned in and corrected by Brundle most of the time. We need to fix the timing and scoring and we need our analysts to have a bit more dog in them and not just speak on queue. But to that last point it could coincidentally be the restrictions on these guys which makes it feel so loose
Bondo puts weege in a bad spot constantly. He stays with a rider too long. Also leaves battles for the lead.
rc has had his chance. I think he does better on the track showing lines etc.

RC just needs to de-tune the enthusiasm. If there is a good battle or pass, that’s when it’s time to bring up the energy, but he is constantly on his rev limiter that it makes it hard to speak clearly.
I get little mistakes like calling Hunter Jett, or calling Mt. Martin Mt. Morris’s, but all the “oh gee this is so fun to watch - I have so much respect for these guys” all while keeping the hype level maxed out is not good. I tried no volume but I think Weege really adds to the race.

Yep I think "inside outside" RC needs to stop trying so hard? Just calm down and call the race and tell us what you see and think?
They need to get rid of the battle box. The running order already takes up too much of the screen and then they want to show drone shots of a battle for forth that you can’t see anyway. They also need to apologize to GL for trying to make him take the clot shot.

I just watch the races on replay, no commercials. I appreciate the opportunity to get to see the action. It is not mandatory to watch, change the channel, go do something else.
I thought there was a couple camera angles that did a good job accurately showing how steep and big Mt Martin is. I also thought some of the drone footage was incredible.
I wished there was a countdown clock till the next gate drop on all the time in between motos (even during the commercials in the bottom corner). Bad enough I was sitting at home on a saturday afternoon, trying to get a few things done and guessing sucked.
I really dislike the split screen. I find it tough to watch either action occurring. Id rather have like a picture in picture type display where the main battle is 75% of the screen and the secondary battle only being A 25% box in the corner.
I don't disagree that the coverage could be more professional.
On the other hand...it's Ricky's job as long as he wants it, imo.
