They all of connections to the team manager. Culture fits and all. 

Jalek has top 10 speed always when healthy. He's also a great kid personality wise for a new brand. 

Ferry brings a famous last name, buzz, and also what I have heard is a great work ethic. 

Mosiman does implode but he's won races and has speed. Who else has his speed that you'd say is a "steady 250 guy" that has more upside than Mosiman? Anyone on the better end of the comparison is already signed or close to signing with major teams.

I could see J Coop and Webb on Star 450's. Tomac if he wants sx only next year. 

AP and DF on Red Bull 450's and Marv for sx only as well. 

JA and AC on Kawi's for one year only deals. 

Jett and Hunter Hondas. 

Mookie and Craig on Husky

Barcia on Gas Gas.

They need to get established first before they hire championship level guys. This is not a dig at any of the guys on the team, but I don’t think they’re going to be ready to take on a top level guy right out of the gate when the bike is 100% new.
