There is a good chance that a Aussie wins both the 250 and 450 titles this year. There's also a couple of fast frenchies...to contend with.

450 class got there hands full for sure with Jett, he’ll bag a lot of wins thats for sure. Auzzie for 250 title I don’t think so. Cooper looked very solid but hey its only the first round between practice and the actual motos. Lets get the party started!!!

It's really fucking stupid we don't have 12 outdoors, by the way. Take away a fucking sx

Webb and Ferrandis will improve as the season progresses, but a 40 second gap between 2nd and 3rd today says a lot about how this season will go. I predict Sexton will beat Jett a few times. No way Lawrence is going undefeated.

Jett may not go 22 for 22 but honda will

Only way a perfect season is possible is if the rider is a huge amount better than even the second best rider and also lucky to not have injuries or mechanical issues.

Chase was only one second behind Jett after 35 minutes. Jett might beat him more often than not. But Chase will win some motos and overalls. Jett won't holeshot every moto.

He’s gonna be bummed when Anderson and Barcia come back.  Those fools aren’t scurred to mix it up. Too bad Roczen IS scurred. Sad.

Yeah I'm sure he is shaking in his boots. About as credible threat as AC a.k.a not even on the same planet

I’ve been on the Jett train since day one but no he will not win them all. lol

I do believe he takes the title though. His race management is spot on.

Will that make it the Australian Motocross Championships?

Reed has won before as has JMB and Dylan F, so why would it be any different?

Two riders from the same country (accept Americans) haven't won the 250 and 450 championships in the same year.

Two brothers have never won both championships in the same year.

Not saying it's going to happen, the fight between Chase and Jett should be entertaining.

I'm not rooting for Jett to have a bad start per se, but the true test will be what he does with a bad start and Sexton gets a good start specifically. He has perpetually gotten a 10 second lead and just maintained that lead his last 2 or 3 years. SX and MX. It's kinda crazy how he gets that lead, and keeps it. Makes me think he has more in the tank if he needs it. They were spot on talking about how he just hops over breaking bumps and uses the beat up track to his advantage. While the results may be boring this year, I'm interested to watch anyways to see what Jett is capable of.

Could he have a perfect season...possibly. Will he have a perfect season...probably not. It won't be long until Sexton & Webb...and Ferrandis, all come to the party. Jett has a habit of letting pressure get the best of him.

I think its going to be a long summer for the green / blue / orange / white / yellow and the other red guys.

Honda's reclaiming the top step in outdoors as well.
