Only $10 for all 2026 SX, MX, and SMX series.
Don't believe any price unless it's on an official quote.
PCP motor sports in sacramento has the same deal as well.
I bought my KTM from these guys a few months ago, these r legitimate deals. What impressed me is he held to the no markups he advertised. So hard to find that nowadays
Damn, this is a great deal.
The Shop
DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Damn $6300 for a brand new 250 2t
Been killer deals on Austrian bikes for months now. The used market is in crisis as new bikes are being sold cheaper than 2 year old used
"No dealer markup fees"
Yeah, what's the real OTD price. They have to tax you, registration, doc fee, freight, etc.
No, they don’t have to tax you, they don’t have to register it, they don’t have to pay document fees and they sure as shit don’t have charge you freight.
You literally can pay the bikes price and walk out the door with the MSO.
I’ve never bought any vehicle in California where you don’t pay sales tax or registration. My KTM I bought had a sales price with tax. It was a track only bike so no registration. I used to live n Oregon so I know you don’t pay sales tax there. You won’t buy a piece if gum in California without paying taxes.
Almost all the dealerships around me have those fees plus a “dealer markup”. Escondido shop had over a grand of dealer markup on KTMs. If you know if any business in California who doesn’t charge tax/license on top of the sales price then please let us know. I’m positive any buyer would go to that business. I’m just not sure one exist.
I just bought a used street bike this weekend and will need to pay some sales tax/registration to get my title and tags. As far as I know there is no way around it.
By law they do have to charge you tax and license. Sure the dealer could underwrite all the expenses into the final sales contract for a single price, but it's still going to include tax and license.
Even buying used the DMV title transfer will still charge tax on your purchase price + license fee for registration.
State I live in does not have sales tax. I’ve bought new bikes out of state and have not paid sales tax on them and any new purchase I specifically let them know I only want the mso and that I’ll be handling the paper work myself if I choose to title it.
License? Not sure what you’re referring to there. Title and registration is most common but not necessarily the same thing as many states allow mx bikes to be registered without a title.
In the US, it depends on the State, most of which do have to charge sales tax. Some states do not charge sales tax like Alaska, Oregon, Montana, Delaware and New Hampshire.
All dealers are still going to charge a fee for destination/shipping and setup and, if applicable, title/registration. The one fee that is sometimes negotiable is the setup fee.
Sounds like Louisiana
Probably making a little bit on it yet. Beats sitting on the flour for 2 yrs. The economy has been in a down slide since 9-21. Trucking is the real time economy. Example 2-18-22 in Chicago biggest trucking hub in America with the best rates 8,000 trucks empty & avail for work 200 mi radius . And only 78 loads all paying aprox 1.30 ish. I told my guy kick it to 250 mi radius, only 4 loads more. That’s covering 4 states all usually pretty good. You can’t do a ld that you loose money on. Now everyone is. That’s why bankruptcy & or co.s r shutting down. 2nd shift called at 2am & said all the lds r gone. Next day 6am working at finding a ld. Finally at 3.30pm we landed a ld. I drove to Wi. It was totally illegal to run it point a to point b. That’s why we got it. Now it’s much worse. I hv white collar workers asking me about a driving job. Because there nervous about loosing there job.
You are correct on the tax but you need to show Oregon residency. My brother drove a Ford truck Ron vacation from Oregon. Motor blew so he was at a dealer buying a new one. They did sell it to him without tax based on his Oregon residence. My MX bike did not need registration here n Cal.
Not possible to get away with no tax regardless of if it’s a MSO or pink slip. How are your bike prices n Oregon?
The state that I live in has sales tax.
License is simply the "vehicle license fee" and is normally a % of the value (approx 0.65%) of the vehicle value. This is in addition to registration fees.
Picked up a KTM350 from Poway earlier this month with those deals. JB was great to deal with and made the whole thing painless. Other dealerships in SD county had a mark up which is super lame.
Just paid $8262.04 OTD for my 2023 KTM 450 SX-F, included PA sales tax of 6%
Pit Row
Poway Powersports is awesome. Bought my Alta from them 5 years ago.
My wife my kill me since I have a 2023 Honda in the garage along with two other bikes gathering dust. But I may jump on a MC350 if I can find one of those deals.
Check out jt motorsports on the east coast. I got a new 22 Mc350f for under 7 brand new with all fees.
Wow.....great deal
Gas Gas flooded the market around November of 2022. I'm not sure if the 22 and 23 were the same bikes but they were offering rebates as far as back as Oct last year. Now the 2024 Husky bikes are being introduced soon and it's not the end of April. New bike sells will be hurting soon just because of flooding the market.
2024 Ktm/Husky are supposed to be in dealers this month. I have my doubts about that but it wouldn’t surprise me if they are in dealers in May.
They will start showing up in a couple weeks.
I just bought another ‘23 XC300. I paid $3000 less than I did for the same bike back in December. I’m in California and pay 9.5% tax. Dealers pass on the freight ($500 roughly, Mine was lumped in with the sales price). Another $85 in document fees. Anything else (dealer prep/ mark-up) is up to the dealer, from what I’m told.
The rebate on my 300 was $1750, some bikes are up to $2000 and some are not on the rebate list.
I saw these dealers advertising $7995 (and lower) and called to inquire at 3 separate dealers. All 3 had dealer prep/ mark ups of between $1000 and $1250. The OTD price was over $10K and up to $10,700 at all 3 dealers.
CLASSIC click bait right there !
While some states do not have sales tax, I’ve bought several in the past and had them shipped to my house. Saved that money, but paid $600 to ship it and only had a certificate of origin. This is ok when buying a motocross (track only) bike, but without a green or red sticker, they were limited on where you can ride them.
Now that California has stopped registering dirt bikes from 2022 and on, I looked into buying one out of state, since I can’t register it anyway. But shipping it has gone up and the savings was not worth the hassle for me.
I was on the hunt for a bike while in Nor Cal last winter. They will charge you sales tax unless you have the bike shipped to Oregon. I could not find a single dealer down there that would flex on this. I even tried to get a buddy with a shipping company to provide a bill of laden and still no go.
PCP will charge $1500 in fees on top of the sale price plus tax though.
PCP used to be good, but the last two times I called them about bikes they had high markups.
Units are on trucks. Will see a few this week.
My local dealer that is sitting on a bunch of bikes because they had them priced too high will be really happy. 😂
They have gone from a nearly bare showroom floor less than a year ago to now you can barely walk through it.
