I figured out how to make fluid beds for powder coating and, different techniques for tying the material. Pour my own lead etc.

Was a cold day with an absolutely horrendous headwind (guess thats what happens when the strip is an old WW2 runway, great for flying fortresses, not so much cars)
13.2 @110mph, I think a good launch on a warm day with no wind it should be in the 12s.

I dont have time for 'Other Hobbies' really, because bikes take all the $$ i have , if you arent spending all your dollar on it , surely its just a pastime.
I envy people who have can flit from one thing to another, i mate of mine is a 'latest thing' magpie, he has everything from Jet Ski's and Windsurfers, and is currently deep into E mountain bikes, but he spent time making money when he was younger, instead of chasing plastic trophies LOL.
I took photography for a couple semesters in high school. We were working with black and, white film so, learning to develop the film and, develop the photos was pretty cool.
Although there’s not much use for cameras with film anymore, I still look at everything from an artistic point of view. I took this picture this summer. Nothing special. Just the blend of colors caught my eye.

Sitting in the airport hoping my flight lands. Off to Monterey Bay for a diving weekend, haven't seen anyone else mention scuba as a hobby.
Anyone out there dive as well?
I used to dive for the fire department. Haven't done it in over 20 years.
I love that shrimp fly. When I was a kid I worked at the jetski rental. I would put all 14 of the ski's in the water then I would jump on a Yamaha venture with a casting pad on the stern and cast to all the no wake bouy's down the beach and catch tons of cobia and tripletail using a fly that looked just like that. I still have a few.
Chance does a great job making the jigs. He sent me some and I am sure they will catch all the targeted species here. Hoping to prove it sooner than later if I can ever catch up and get out there. Kids house is done, parents and inlaws are done but mine still needs a roof, windows and drywall. Probably finish just in time for another storm. Have not done anything fun in a few years due to injuries and health but boats are sitting totally tuned up and have new bike, land and tractor but no time yet...yet.
Chance is a man of many talents and an excellent person as well. Can't wait to use these that he made.
I know you also mentioned your dad was checking out the jigs I originally sent you. Text me when his birthday is and, I’ll gladly send him a few to add to tackle box. I spent most of the fall tying so, I have boxes of them.
Also a photograph fan. When the ex took off on me and the kids I had to give up riding for a few years. But I still tried to get out and take pictures. Everything I learned was on the old Buckley thread back over on Motodrive. And I guess this isn’t a non Moto hobby……
Those are good shots man. What you’re shooting is moto. Photography isn’t.
My “other” hobby, which is really the same hobby, is shredding the gnar…sometimes on mushrooms like in this video.
