I’m in brooks glycerin with superfeet insoles.
Getting shockwave treatment soon I think- and then surgery if shockwaves not effective. Most of my doctors recommended Brooks, New Balance or ASICS with neutral cushioning
I bought a pair of the glycerin insoles at the fair years ago. I could barely walk so I'd have done about anything for relief. He told me to give them 2 months and if no relief...full refund. I swear...at about 2 months...the pain was GONE. I continued to wear them for about a year till they popped.

That was about 6 years ago...still no pain. Not saying the glycerin insoles are everybody's miracle but they were for me.

I wear a lot of Brooks running shoes. Comfortable and last well for me. Adrenaline I believe are the ones that fit my feet but everyone is different.

If you are on your feet all day and can wear running/athletic shoes, it’s worth finding a running shoe store that can fit you for the proper shoes.

I also like some of the Salomon shoes as well, they have a few models that have a decent GoreTex liner if your into that.

For daily wear, Adidas Terex Swift has been the most comfortable shoe I have ever found. Just started on my second pair. Gore-Tex outer with Continental sole. Bungee type draw string. First pair lasted a little better than three years. Finally wore the sole down to almost no traction. Went to get another pair and find they supposedly don’t sell this particular model in the US anymore. Found some on line in the UK. My feet thanked me.

Can't believe you've had it 12 years. I'm pulling my hair out at 9 months!
Insoles seemed to help, for high arches. I’ve had most otc brands of insoles as a trial. I like superfeet green shape but they’re stiff. Curex, sole, aertrex, nb made by superfeet)were good too. My custom insoles made by a multi sport orthotics company were very good but they had a met pad that was far too aggressive. If I shave off that pad , the custom insole would be the best product I think. The company won’t do the mod, and I haven’t gone at them yet with a dremel as I’d probably destroy the liner.
$600 for the customs.

I tried several insoles also. The only thing that helped, and it basically cured it, was the cheap Walmart style heel cups. No arch support, just the heel cups. Getting the heel up and stretching the arch was the key for me.

The insoles were supporting and putting pressure on my arch and making the PF worse.

i hate spending money on clothes so it's tough for me to buy new shoes.

i've been really happy with my Under-Armour training shoes the last few years and i just ordered some No-Bull shoes, haven't received them yet but i've seen them out and about and they look great.

I wear basketball shoes for work 90% of the time. I’ve worn Lebron’s and Kobe’s in the past mostly because they have the best cushion and support of any shoe but switched to some KD trey 5’s because I couldn’t find any other gum sole basketball shoes other than the $250 lebrons and the Kyrie which seemed a little more cheap. The KDs are great though so far. You can find some on GOAT.
I’ve been running in brooks lately and they’re pretty comfy. I’m not too picky on running shoes though cause they all seem to be pretty good for the most part.
Here’s some of my other favorites of mine for everything else I do. Puma Clyde’s are pretty uncomfortable as you probably know though.

For a 30 year old father of two, there’s only one option. Perfect for BBQing, mowing the lawn, garden parties, black tie events and weddings. There is no shoe that measures up to the Nike Air Monarch. Preferably in 4E extra wide.

Sketchers are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. Only problem is the soles...when it rains, it's like trying to walk on ice on Japanese sidewalks, so I stopped buying them a few years ago. Since then, I've been wearing Adidas Stan Smiths pretty much every day I don't wear sandals.

Just bought these boots. Under Armour HOVR.
I was skeptical about them at first. After wearing them a few days, I will say they are the lightest, most comfortable boots I have ever worn. They’re more comfortable than most of my tennis shoes I have as well.
