This was fun to watch. Stock bike with handlebars and a small gearing change. Straight shredding.

Awesome. That bike looks good, in motion. In the initial pics it was kind of odd at some angles, but in the vid it looks more normal.

Excited for the media reviews. Hopefully the Star bike gets dialed in easily for him to defend the title.

Just in a brief chat he seemed very excited. He requested Yamaha to bring that bike out to ride.

hope he really loves it if hes going to ride it at mxdn. we don't need a repeat of the red bud 2018 when they decided to use that race as a test for the 2019 kawi.

Love how he is just either full throttle or zero throttle, that's so mindblowing specially out of a corner.

I was thinking the same thing. But that short front fender plays tricks I think.

Stock gearing long or short? Is it confirmed old exhaust will not fit to new bike even looks pretty same?

It definitely looks a lot smaller, maybe the fact it's riding lower in the stroke on the stock suspension is a factor as well?

Sure hope he does not try to race that bike in a few weeks. And REALLY hope the kid on the mini bike doesn't show up at the MXoN and block Eli half the moto.

I think shapes of the plastic and number plates is what does it. The Yamahas make anyone look small, but the bike size and look is more along the lines of the KTM and Honda. Looks like it turns decent lol, I mean im sure Tomac and make any bike turn

My takeaway is: Before you dump thousands of dollars into a new bike, watch this video.

He's not racing des Nations on it. He'll be aboard his 2022. I asked last night.

The 2023 Yamaha YZ450F has a clutch arm actuator housing thats removable. The stock bike comes with a cable clutch but it can easily be unbolted and replaced with a flush fitting hydraulic slave cylinder that actuates the clutch rod instead. It's an accessory item from GYTR.

Pretty tame track but he was wringing the nuts off that thing. He was hanging off the back like he’s was riding an 85. Bike did look small with him.

Yeah, can anyone claim that the bike doesn't turn very well after watching that?

Dude was on rails riding what looks like a bone stock bike. He's definitely racing outdoors '23 if he's gonna be railing that bike like that.

But PLEASE put the '22 front fender on that thing. Looks like a supermoto or Ronnie Mac fender..

At about 1:33 when he rails that left hander you can hear the thing "come on the pipe" and just chug Smile

Very small front fender
Yep, it was that horrible shovel nose front fender the pig was running all those years. This new bike is beautiful in comparison. I think I'll add a 250f to my stable once it receives the same facelift.

I mean, you don't ride like that and look that good unless you are having fun and enjoying the bike.
