Spot on. Some of the wealthiest people I’ve met dress in average clothes and drive an average car with 50K+ on the odometer…meanwhile, I’ve lost count of the number of people who look wealthy, but are mortgaged to the hilt on everything from their McMansion to their new Mercedes. “Can’t judge a book by its cover” definitely applies in many cases.
