Kristen Beat just said about Forkner maybe moving up next year, not much of a surprise there that it's being considered whether points out of 250s or not.

What did sound weird though, was she said about moving him up into "the 2nd spot on that Monster Energy Kawasaki".

Anderson is of course there next year, is this a hint that the insiders who get all the gossip have heard AC is moving or was it just a slip of the tongue / throwaway comment?

Probably just over thinking one little comment but figured I'd ask.

Yeah that's fair enough, especially with how little of AC we've seen. Just remembered he was on a contract year and wondered if there was something to it. Probably not though, 2+2=5 scenario lol

I don't think it would make sense to get rid of ac who we know has the speed to win but is always hurt for austin forkner who they don't know if he can win on the 450 and is hurt just as much as ac

I'm interested if Kawi will fill the 2nd bike outdoors. AC might be able to ride the last 4-6 races. Forkner or Tickle outdoors maybe if I was to guess.

AC had already Re signed, so unless they run 3 bikes, he won’t be on their 250.

It’s Forkner last year on a Kawasaki contract, and they haven’t even talked to him about a new one, so there is a good chance he’ll be on another brand b

From what I have heard is that Monster really would like Kawi to field 3 bikes next year. I think all factory teams should run 3 guys. With the injuries so prominent in our sport id think it would be a win win. At the end of the day it all comes down to funding. How else do you think Star has half the field, it’s all money. 🤷🏻‍♂️

If AC took the pay cut McG mentioned above, the difference in budget could be enough to bring Forkner on as a 3rd guy to see how he handles himself.

It's a fair point, I hadn't heard the 3rd bike rumour but it's interesting for sure. Either way, just happy to see fast guys find/keep seats nowadays.

😂😂😂 I was going to say that. But they would still need a reserve rider.
In the last 2 years ac has had 10 races and forkner 5.
There's been 31 450sx and 16 250 mains. 47 possible races and they have competed in 15 of them
