Red is a color I have in mind.

He said on an interview he rode at bakers a few times during the off season. Not to sure the details and or if he was training with the group on those days or if it was more a ktm testing days and easier to do at bakers

I don't see him going back to Baker's Factory. His ego will not let him do that.

If you listen to pulp he said he rode there, my assumption is based on what Mookie, Dean, and Osbourne they were doing testing at bakers. So he probably, in theory, was riding there for testing.

I could see him retire before he goes back. Just based on the burnout talk he had last year.

I always struggle with this. Once you learn a program from a trainer why do you have to stick with him year after year.

If you want to win or have those results again replicate what you did at his facility or am I missing something?

I didn’t put the question mark, but will let it ride.

Just like any other athlete, if you want to be at your best, you need a coach / trainer / someone to make sure you are doing what you’re suppose to be doing.
I understand your question, I’ve felt this way before.
There are specialty coaches for every professional sport…. Because they need them.

Yes, your missing the accountability & motivation a trainer gives you.

He probably needs someone to ride his ass. Get up early, go road biking, do his motos, hit the gym eat healthy etc. You can know the program but being motivated to do it on you own is a different story. It would be easy to slack on somethings and not do others when you need to be. Imo

I bet the Team knew this year would be spent getting the new KTM dialed this year. Strategic move to leave Baker, why kill yourself with the odds against you?

Yup... No chance of him ever being "Bakered" again.

I've see a lot of people saying he won't be at KTM next year. What's the basis of this?

The bike isnt the problem fellas, its that he knows how hard he has to work for championships, he has a few, after you do it a couple times, you get burnt out ya know.

…..any bets on this one boys ? Webb back to the baker factory…..
To be fair, I don’t know why you’re getting downvoted so bad. Say what you want about Aldon but his winning record is not something to take lightly. At this point, I’m embarrassed for Coop with his “best off-season yet” bullshit. You look like a fool, man. And I’m a Webb fan!

Curious about that myself. Is it he wants out or does KTM want to fire a 2 time SX champion who's about a quarter of the way through the SX season and having some set-up trouble?
Will this narrative changwe after he podiums a race or two?
If the bike is that bad who do they get that's in Coppers league to replace him?
Inquiring minds want to know.

Like when will he announce it ? I’d say within the next 3 sx rounds he will announce that he’s back with baker….that good?
I will bet you a set of Prospects and a pair of Fly gloves. I am 100% down.

That's what I've thought. When KRoc goes to sipping umbrella cocktails on the beach. Or will HRC keep looking for young talent to groom?

Baker is exclusive to the KTM group, they're not going to accept Webb when he's on twisted tea Suzuki next year.
