Props to Ryno for sharing his story and being brutally honest as always. He's a legend

The thread title tripped me up. I'm not sure fantastic is an adjective that should be used in the same sentence as Ryno and/or Swapmoto.

Did anyone actually watch it? Ryno is hit or miss, but he is hitting in that video for sure. Love the guy, except when I don’t.

Don't worry! I made the mistake of listening to his drivel and incoherent ramblings for about ten minutes once. That was all I needed to determine he's a first class jack ass.

Cancel culture or call-out culture is a modern form of ostracism in which someone is thrust out of social or professional circles – whether it be online, on social media, or in person. Those subject to this ostracism are said to have been "cancelled".[1][a][4] The expression "cancel culture" has mostly negative connotations and is used in debates on free speech and censorship.[5][6]

The notion of cancel culture is a variant on the term call-out culture and constitutes a form of boycotting or shunning involving an individual (often a celebrity) who is deemed to have acted or spoken in an unacceptable manner.[2][7][8][9][10]

Some critics argue that cancel culture has a chilling effect on public discourse.[11] Others argue that calls for "cancellation" are themselves a form of free speech and that they promote accountability.[12][13][14] Some public figures claim to have been "cancelled" while continuing their careers as before.[15][16]

I just watched it and thought it was very much worth a listen. I don't understand the hate he seems to be getting from some people, but I doubt he cares regardless.

I'm not a Ryno fan, but I love that he's around. It's a part of moto. Motocross is a crazy sport and it attracts crazy people. Hang out at a track and you're going to meet some characters. I love it.

Not a Ryno fan but that was a solid video... Ryno talks about him being paralyzed on 3 different occasions, which is certainly no joke.... talks about him breaking his neck and losing feeling on his left side in his last crash... he talks about the ugly side of moto, and some people can't stand to hear about it... gnarly stuff for sure.... glad he can still walk and talk....

I liked it, you can tell he's constantly talking himself out , of riding. I sadly guess he will return on a bike.

I think "this and that" has replaced "no, yeah" as the new moto phrase.

I liked his “Life is impermanent” clip. Crazy shit! At this point, the more off-the-wall he is, the more interested I am in listening to him. Ryan is gold!

I remember when he hurt his back at Pala awhile back and was paralyzed for a little, then he broke his neck recently. When was the other time he was paralyzed? I don’t remember hearing about that

He trying to promote and better the sport I think that’s great.

Yeah he has some different views but the World would be boring if it was full of Dungys! Whois a legend BTW.

Can someone, anyone make an articulate argument as to why so many claim this flake is a racing legend? Best I can tell he never won a championship and really didn't win that many races. There are plenty of guys that have won championships and have more wins that a lot here seem to think have had a substandard career. It's confusing to me to say the least.

You don’t have to be a champion to be a legend.

Alright then, explain to me why he’s legendary please.

In my mind legends are DeCoster, Stanton, McGrath, Reed, Carmichael, Stew etc…
