It does look interesting. It’s Chinese tho right? Definitely a bummer there if so.

Bummer.

"We reached out to the US Sur Ron dealer and founder of Luna Cycle, Eric Hicks, who confirmed that there is no set date for the bikes to become available yet. He explained that they’re still waiting on Sur Ron but that Luna Cycle will carry the Storm Bee in the US once it is available."

Whats up with the exposed red wires on the left side. I can just see all those getting ripped out in the first turn.

It's got Reverse !

You could pull a "Reversoman" on it.

Aussies of a certain age, will remember Honest Muzz's Reversoman cartoon......... Woohoo

With my buggered legs, a reverse gear would really help me on some of my trails, at times.

Reverse makes at least as much sense as electric start

Traction seems to be one of its main strengths.

What interests me, is that 3 of the bikes, appear to be 'builds'.

Here's another video showing 1 Yamaha, and 2 KTM based bikes:

https://youtu.be/xHESCuV1zM0

For me, closed Captions in English was available.

In my local area, a silent E Bike would make it far easier to keep on riding, in the single track I've ridden for over 5 decades. Even with a monster muffler I've made, that has a core 26" long, so my 500 sounds like a Moped, as you can barely get above idle with how tight the trails are, I attract a bit too much attention. Sad

Really? I saw plenty of landings and the bike looked pretty good and balanced in the air albeit the suspension looked soft. More like a beefed up playbike.

You'd better not look at the place of manufacture for the device you just typed that message on.

Throw out all your other electronics and clothes while your at it. 🤩

Just like clutch cables and stator wiring gets ripped out all of the time on ICE bikes?

Indian Dunes. Saw so many scene of D.O.H. being shot there back in the day. The sound those cars made when they "landed" was both awesome and cringe worthy.

Interesting, the more companies that build these the better they'll get over time. I don't like the look of the rear fender & side plates, but apart from that it looks like a fun play bike.

If it came with commonly available suspension components that could be serviced and revalved easily, it could be a good alternative to a used Alta

They've been about to hit the market for 2 years now. Heavy, small, 30min runtime, no clutch. Pass.
