Comes through. I needed a top subframe piece for a Husky and got an OE seat for less than the price of a cover and foam and they were both in stock. I ordered Wednesday night and had them on my porch Saturday morning. I must be living in a zone that works for shipping.
This plandemic has definitely put a chink in their armor
Shipping is not as reliable and staffing issues have been exposed with some minor “issues” I’ve experienced as of late . …
Although they have been resolved , not without alot of time spent on the phone and much delay . Not game changing , but just enough to keep customers waiting longer than I’d like to . We have good customers so that helps .

DeCal Works Huge Plastic Inventory of UFO and Polisport kits.
I did have to return a jacket because I bought a size too big. They only had 1 left of the smaller size, and they held it until my return got there in 4 days so I was pretty pleased with that.
Wilson would be so disappointed.
I’d be kinda frustrated if FedEx was stalling my stuff too, so I can understand that.
Rocky Mountain has become my go to, for the stuff I don’t have connections for.

I ordered some stuff from Uline that came next day through UPS.
Interesting times.

I only really order from them when it’s a small order or my regular vendors have delays, though.
I had a Grainger order a few weeks ago that ended up being shipped from 4 different distribution centers to fill the whole thing. All arrived relatively quick, but it was a mess for our receiving clerk. At least 5 items had quantities that arrived in 3 different shipments (example: 12 from of Part A, 3 from location A, 2 from location B, 7 from location C). I guess it’s sort of great that their fulfillment software can do that sort of thing, though!
Recently got a set of their Tusk DSport Adventure tires for my ADV bike: AMAZING tires! I say this in an "off-road sense". On-road they're fine...but, they're DIRT oriented tires. PERIOD. They REALLY did their homework on these tires.
The price should embarrass all the "big brands", too.
That SUCKS.
You'd think they'd find a way to resolve this: I can't believe that haven't tried USPS or others? I know you and you're no fool. Bummed that they haven't figured this out.
