And in that recent interview with the dirt and iron guy I think, he said when he does ride for "fun", which isn't too often, he does bust out the two stroke. Nothing like hearing top guys ride a 250, especially those factory ones.

Eli went to a brand that still makes a 250 2T; and, that's kinda cool to me. If he did make a vid, it would go Moto-Viral.

I’m just happy Anaheim is kicking it off. It’s more nostalgic with seeing the new riders bikes etc. Not to mention you can just walk across the street and grab beers and a bite to eat between practices and the night show.

...it would get absolutely roasted by 4-strokes with nearly twice the displacement, ridden by riders who for the most part never swung a leg over a full-size 2-stroke. It's sad but true.

But some local pros might find themselves fighting for points on one, with fans noting them every trip around alongside a sea of anonymous 450s.

Pros want to be competitive. They dont want to line up on the start having a bike they know will get smoked. They want a bike at least as good as everyone else. So you wont see any pro with a chance to get a top ten on a two stroke

Its funny everyone saying it's just a dream. He rode a kx250 for a video shoot after winning his last championship that was posted by before that his last year riding for Geico Honda he blew up his practice bike and video of him practicing on a cr250 circulated. They even asked him about it on the next race broadcast. He won't race one but no reason to believe he's against some two stroke content in the future.

Also – I can't stress enough how much I dislike the cut out around the number trend. Just run white plastic number plates for the luvofgoodnessakeries.
