Too bad he wont ride in Europe this year... Not easy for the aussies riders to deal with Covid restrictions...

According to the video posted it looks like Locurcio and Teresak are doing the full series with Butron doing the Euro rounds only.

They also have Tomasz Wysocki doing EMX Open.

I think it is time to bring this thread back up.

Speedweek (owned by Redbull) did an interview with Pit Beirer during the Austrian MotoGP race this past weekend and he confirmed some structure changes within KTM/Husky/GasGas.

De Carli will become the official GasGas factory team
- Guadagnini comfirmed
- No "full" confirmation on Prado
- Cairoli: Up to him if he continues to race the WC
- Jonass: Want to keep him, maybe in a "separate" team structure or Husqvarna

Nestaan Husky (current MX2 team) will become the official Husqvarna team
- MXGP: Nothing confirmed, maybe Olsen + Beaton and/or? Jonass
- MX2: De Wolf and maybe van de Moosdijk

KTM Factory remains the official KTM factory team
- MXGP: Herlings
- Vialle: MXGP if he wins the MX2 title this year, otherwise +1 year in MX2
- Hofer MX2

All teams will have MXGP + MX2 riders under their tent.

Well, Kinigadner reminds Prado "There's no question about him leaving, he has a contract with us till 2025".

Idk but i think Prado has contract until 2023.
Plus i think in the case that Prado is talking with Yamaha and monster, ktm isnt going to say it until the end.

For sure, I agree, what Kini says is the "official voice", that doesn't mean that's what will happen. But quite a few people implied that KTM was ok with letting him go, maybe that's not the case...

All I can find on google about his contract is till 2023. He resigned for multiple years in 2019.

There would be a press release if he would resigned again right?

Good move by Kawasaki. Get him signed so he isn't worried about a contract and can concentrate on getting the title.

Acording to his last interview Ben Watson has no team for 2022... what a shame.
He is such good rider and hope he lands in a good spt.
He said that Renaux has a clausule in his contract that if he win the championship he can move to the mxgp team.

Maybe when Boisrame race the 450 kawi in the last races the pieces start to fall.

I doubt too but sounds like he has the option if he want.
Watson alongside Febvre would be awesome but we have to wait to see what happens.

Don't get me wrong, all these guys deserve a well paid spot. But i kind of understand why factory teams are not knocking on his door, to many guys looking for a ride with little difference in performance.

I agree, only couples of names batle for the win and thats the factorys want.
Its a shame only few riders get a good salary.

Interesting to see what F&H will do. They will lose Boisrame and vd Moosdijk i would think, and i don't think Haarup has a contract for next year?
