That would be great news because finding a new title sponsor doesn't seem to come easy.

Especially hard last year I think. Without Covid I think FC Honda would have had much better shot at getting a sponsor

I think JGR struggled cause Suzuki gave them such little support so the majority had to be made up by the title sponsor and JGR themselves

I would like to see Tom come to the US and race 250. The 250 class isn’t a kid class anyway, the average age is around 25 years old...
I could see Tom considering a move to US in 2022 if he wins the world championship again this year. He would be forced into MX1 against Herlings, Prado, Geiser & a long fast list of others.

Plus I believe Toms Dad raced a few SX races back in the day. personally id like to see him in US

So Plessinger is supposed to tank his career just because Yamaha hired him to ride a 250? Nobody has been able to ride that fat blue pig consistently. Have you followed how that web guy did switching brands?
You have not watched much SX this year? That Blue pig has been on the podium and led a lot of laps this year.

It hasn't slowed Pless down this year. I think the bike has evolved with time into a serious threat...and riders don't consider it a kiss of death to ride one.

Also found it interesting they mention Star will be trying to land Jason Anderson.

Don’t think they said Star. They said Bobby Hewitt is looking to start another team and has interest in Ando if it comes to fruition.

(Edit: didn’t listen to Pulp, just repeating what was said on the broadcast)

I'll bet Star Yamaha will be Anderson/Stewart in 2022.

Is Mookie on a 1-year contract? To my mind, Star has to be impressed with how he's stepped it up this year.

What I don’t get is why star would be after Anderson, he has been in the 450 game for awhile and part of the problem for there not being enough rides for the 250 guys that should be moving up is teams are holding onto riders way to long now. What happen to the old days were riders got two year contracts and played musical factory rides?

Got a one year deal with Star. No he is not pointing out this year.

He really wanted to move up to the 450 class.
Hopefully he can somehow a solid outdoor season coming in with his leg and land a full time 450 ride.

Why would star go after a guy who is a former 450 SX champion?

He has won 4 heat races this year and been fastest qualifier multiple times.

He is one the few outside of Tomac, Webb, KR that can win a race. Seems like an easy target to me.

With CC broken leg, that might open the door for Mookie to race outdoors.

I don't know if its been said already, and i know its a while away.
But Sherco USA are putting Together a Factory MX team and plan on making an appearance for 2022 Outdoor season..
Which I think will be cool to see another team in the pits and another brand on the gate.

Another guy KTM just buys instead of developing talent on their own

You mean the kid with the dislocated hip that was thrown in with the sharks of 250 Supercross after racing a 125 in the B class last summer? Solid development plan, I see that going well.

The Austrian 250 program is a meat grinder, has been for a while
They got to start some where. Dungey and Cianciarulo jumped right from B class to the sharks too. Lots of guys have, it's a tough sport.
