Stewart Yamaha or Husqvarna?
Anderson Yamaha, Kawasaki or Hewitt Honda?
Stewart to Husky. Anderson to Kawi. My guess.

Any new rumors?
Hope it doesn’t get lost in the shuffle but Team Nami is back with Andy Carson as their #1 rider.

Looking forward to see el hombre on aluminum frame getting loose and hoping he can get some starts.

Same with Malcolm on steel frame, that's gonna be a very interesting experiment. Big whoops guy and tight cornering bike.

I mean they had good results this year. Laying all the blame on TK seems irrational considering the KTM group had a big say in what went on there. Probably have more freedom under the gasgas banner even if it is part of he Ktm group.

Deegan to sign with Star Yamaha??? On his last vlog he says his 250 will be faster than a 450. Only bike that comes to mind is Star. Maybe PC cause of Monster Energy...

He will have his pick of the 2. Monster will make it happen where ever he chooses.

I would have to agree I think he will sign with a Monster sponsored team but, with that being said, does Star or PC even need any more amateur talent? PC has Ryder D, Jett R, Chase H and I think there is someone else and Star has Kitchen, Leblanc, Romano, and a stacked Pro 250 team.

KTM and Gas Gas seem to be in need for some young guys and it would surprise me if they don't try and push for him.

So, sounds like this is it for DW15 at Husky. Do you think this is the year he calls it? This guy can't seem to catch a break and that has to be taking a toll on him. Plus I doubt he would want to go the privateer route again. Thoughts?

As long as Dean has the social media interaction that he does he’ll have a spot at Husky. He previously said he intends to retire at the end of 2023.

Not sure, but there's not many 450 rides available.

HEP Suzuki and RM/ATV/MC KTM have built in gear deals and he might not be interested in that.

With Davalos retiring, Tedder Racing KTM has a spot available. He'd be on a factory bike and could continue running his O'neal gear. He would have to switch to Monster from Rockstar.

Are HEP and RMATV the only two 450 teams with rides open.
Would be cool to see JMart on one of those.

TBH, I'm not sure. I think the 3 teams I mentioned above all have openings. Factory teams are all filled unless GasGas adds a 2nd rider. I personally don't see that happening.

IMO, he'll be on a 250 again next year.

Ktm or Husky would be wise to call JMart. One more year on a 250 and maybe a 450 in 2023.

Dean Wilson is a hero to a lot of fans. He's got a fun personality, great sense of humor, knows how to work Social Media...has a tremendous fan base, but has arguably had the shittiest luck of any racer out there. His finishes haven't been earth shattering, but they show the guy is trying to rise above. I think Rockstar Husky sees Deano as an asset that they don't have to pay a zillion dollars for. He keeps the brand logo out there, gives good PR and at least gives it all he has. That's a pretty good mix as bang for the buck.

All that rambled...they could drop him like a rock for 2022. I doubt he'll have a rough time finding a good ride though.

Deano is hands down one of the best ROIs of anyone in the class.

Factory 450 Beta is still lurking, I suspect Dare Demartile may already be in. Outdoors only for’22. They’ll surely want a top 10 guy also?

Be interesting to see if they come in with a big checkbook, as there are probably some good riders available cheap or do they come in and throw a bucket load of cash at someone, or do they buy someone that's sx only just for mx 2022?

When I think of “factory beta” , i think of “factory husky” from the early 2000’s.

Whos gonna run the Beta team in US? SDM Corse runs it in the GPs and that is a solid team with experience.

I was at that race in Houston, really pulling for Grant Langston and KTM's 1st ever SX win, and he endo'd after waving to the crowd on the last lap, and Travis Preston and his Fast by Ferracci Husqvarna scooped up the win and a big bonus. The team consisted of riders Steve Lamson, Jason Thomas, Damien Plotts, Chris Gosselaar, Travis Preston, and Brian McGavran. The team was the first non Japanese bike to ever score a victory in 125 SX. Laugh all you want, they are in the record books.

Winning a pro SX race. And having Travis Preston and Steve Lamson on your team. Laughable shit huh?
