Ken is entitled to take whatever line, it’s certainly not an unusual one. Barcia dives inside and take a line inside the ruts.

Racing sure, but still not smart. He just can’t help himself, freaks out at the glimpse of an opportunity... the door was open but he needed to be another 2 bike lengths ahead to make that a valid attempt instead of just a whack.

Wants a title... is in a good position after a bounce back race. Seems to have pace... but early in the race risks a mechanical or a crash for a pass that wasn’t there.

I enjoyed Barcia”s move, what does KR do? He sprints at the start... so... what do these guys need to do.... rattle KR at the start.... I was perplexed at RC”s take on it... I thought RC would have applauded Barcia”s aggression...

If a guy tries to hit me when I’m basically exiting the corner in the opposite direction then yes I’ll complain 🤣🤣he was nowhere near close enough to do that move and it nearly ruined his and roczens night. His natural response is ALWAYS a boneheaded aggressive and risky countermove - hang back and watch a rider’s line to mount a counter attack??? Not your golden boy bambam. I will say that Friese is somehow worse than JB and he shouldn’t be racing but Barcia is the Forkner of the 450 class.

Not a fan of Barcia but I'm fine with hard racing at that level.

I agree, and while I wouldn’t say I’m a super fan of Barcia’s, I am a fan none the less. He does make the racing more exciting, and that, to me, is a plus.

Exactly. There was no chance of making that pass and if he didn't hit Roczen he would have fallen behind farther. Could have ended badly for Roczen's leg too which would have made this season less interesting. The pass attempt on Friese was similar... you gotta know by now that Friese isn't moving over so you have to have patience. Webb, Tomac and Ken play the long game while Barcia panics.

I don’t get this. KR had completed his turn. I’ll say again he wasn’t turning anymore and was accelerating away. JB by design or miscalculation could have cut him off. Had he not hit the brakes, he would have positioned himself in front of KR and cut him off. I think he should have forced the move.

If he didn't hit his brakes he would have blown through the tough blocks. These situations always amaze me. The guy leading is somehow responsible for how the guys BEHIND HIM rides? I don't get it. The difference is that while JB was in front of KR, because of their physical positions on the track, he had not finished his turn while KR had and was accelerating and would have re passed JB.

I agree. Ken cut down early with a full pack of riders behind. He should have railed the line he was on since Barcia wasn't close enough.

You need some glasses!?If Barcia didn‘t turn in the last moment it had been a classic t-bone move.He coudn‘t earn nothing,only crashing and risking injuries.The same shit he tried in Indy2 without making contact with Roczen.At the beginning of the season i thought Barcia would have matured but the guy is taking himself out of the championship with his brainfart moves.

Your a idiot. You can always tell people that just dislike a rider, that RACE and people that show up to a race and ride. Zero wrong with his move. Ken cut down hard. Early in the race in Barcias position. Im doing the same thing. Kens keeps taking a wide line in a good spot to pass. Im gonna run it in and see what happens. Keep the pressure on. Show that front wheel. Well Ken changed lines feeling pressure. Barcia had no time to abort.

He’s gotta go for it if he sees an opening. He attacks fast and take full advantage of any opening. Roczen is starting to go on a run so, short of taking Roczen fully out, he’s got to slow that momentum. I’m ok with it since he checked up and didn’t fully ram it in.

You guys ever think about how gay motocross sounds when anno7nced?

Yeah Barcia could have "cut" him off by sending it over the berm into the next rhythm section. Would have been a long shot to do it without contact but hey, he would have had the lead for a split second
